Matt's POV:
Everything in my life is finally coming into place. Dani has finally moved in the house that I've worked for, And now I can hold her for the rest of my life. Me and her are currently unloading the boxes from her house sense she just moved here but I'm so happy to see her. I saw dani trying to carrying a heavy box.
"Snowflake I got it" I say grabbing the box from her she smiled and I couldn't help but return the smile then kiss her softly. I was just so happy to be with her, I walked into the house with the box and opened it to see what it was. "Don't open it!" Dani said running towards me and trying to close it. "Why?" I ask "It's... pictures of me when I was a little girl" she said. I opened it and saw a picture of her and smiled "Who you mean this kawaii thing" I say pointing to the picture.
She blushed and giggled and I smiled. I put the box down and picked her up as she laughed. I spun her around holding her close and then put her back down on the ground with her arms wrapped around my neck. "Why did you do that silly" she says. "Cause I'm so happy to be with you" I say. She smiles and says "Come on we have to keep unpacking"
I nodded following her outside grabbing a couple more boxes and unloading them.
Next thing I heard was a scream and a truck stopping. I ran outside quickly and I knew that scream anywhere. Dani. I saw her in the street she looked lifeless and she was bleeding. I picked her up and put her on the grass carefully. "Dani Please live on me!" I said holding her head. "M-Matthew...." she said then her eyes closed.
~Few Hours Later~
I've been waiting for at least an hour for someone to just tell me about what happened to dani. I'm at the hospital where I don't know what happened to her. I hope that truck driver knows who he just ran over.. the most beautiful girl and most kindest girl in the world. With a voice of an angel and a touch of heaven. Oh dani I hope your okay.
Finally someone came out to talk to me "How is she is she alright?" I said worried. He looked at me "She's fine... for now she's had many injuries that are not good but you may go see her-" and with those words I ran to her room and see her all hooked up to many other things in the room. I saw her there with scars on her face and her arms and legs. She looked at me and smiled slightly. I walked next to her and held her hand.
"Snowflake I'm so sorry" I say as tears went down my cheeks, her hand wiped them off "It's not your fault Matthew... you didn't know this would happen" she said. I held her hand on my cheek as her touch was gentle and soft like she is. She smiled at me "I love you dragon boy"
"I love you too snowflake"
With that she closed her eyes and fell into a sleep that she would never wake up from.
~Couple Weeks Later~
I sat there at her grave and looked at it. I could still imagine her laying there. Tears went down my cheeks. She's dead. She's gone.... why.... I had a rose in my hand and put it on her grave as I traced out her name with my finger on the grave. I missed her... I missed her so much.... I felt a hand on my shoulder. "It's going to be okay turtle... she's still alive as long as we remember her" Mary said
I looked down, I wanted to as her to marry me and actually make her mine forever like she wanted but.... I couldn't.... I sighed and got up "I'm going home" I said "Alright... stay well" she said and walked away. Once I got home I took out the pictures of her and hung them up all around the house. I didn't hang up one special picture though. The picture of her that I loved the most. I held it close and sat on the couch. I cried the life out of me. Soon after I fell asleep.
~Dream~
I woke up to see light and then behind me darkness I heard a giggle and then looked in front of me again to see dani as beautiful as ever "Dani" I said and ran towards her she ran away giggling "You can't catch me Matthew" she said "Dani wait!" I said trying to catch up to her she kept running and kept giggling like she was happy "Dani wait come back to me!!" I yelled I finally got up to her and said "Dani please... " she looked at me with a smile "I'm okay Matthew you have to let me go" I shook my head.
" I Can't dani I need you with me I can't live anymore... come back with me... marry me" I said getting on my knees she smiled at me "Matthew I knew something like this would happen... I want you to be strong and happy.. I want you to live" she said and started to back away towards the light. I standed up "Dani no come back!" I said reaching my hand to her "I love you" she said and with that she went into the light while I got pulled to the darkness back to the real world which I didn't want to go back too. "DANII!!!!!!!" I yelled.
I woke up screaming her name. It was a dream where I could of brought her back... but she stayed.
A few years went by and I realized I did have to let her go... but hold onto the memories we had together. I ended up marrying another woman who I loved but she could never replace my snowflake. We had a couple kids and the when we had a baby girl.....
We named her snowflake...
A/N: I know I know it's sad I was crying too while writing this but I saw this online and I just had to write it. 😢 Still it's pretty sad story if I made you guys cry.
