Chapter 27 - The Big Day (part 2)

Thomas' P.O.V.
The ceremony room was almost full now, with family and friends. I stood at the front with Dylan, Will and Ki Hong, and kept waving to people as they came in. Robyn's mum sat at the front next to my parents, and she was bouncing Parker on her knee. I went over and gave him a kiss when I saw him. Once the last person had sat down, the familiar sound of the bridal march began to play on the organ. Everyone stood up, and I breathed in deeply as the doors opened. And there she was. I was completely lost for words when I saw her. She was absolutely stunning. Gorgeous. Beautiful. There wasn't a word out there in the English dictionary that could describe the way she looked, and do her justice. She smiled when she saw me, and I grinned back at her as her father began to walk her down the aisle. Everything was in slow motion. I looked to Dylan, Will and Ki Hong who were all lost for words as well. Dylan winked at me just before Robyn and her dad stopped in front of me. Her dad put her hand in mine and smiled at me.

"Take care of her!" He said quietly, before sitting down next to her mum.

"Always," I whispered to Robyn, making her blush.

Skip to the end of the vows...

"And do you, Robyn Elizabeth Wood, take Thomas Brodie-Sangster to be your lawfully wedded husband. For better for worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death do you part."

"I do!" She smiled at me as I slipped the ring onto her finger.

"I now pronounce you husband and wife! You may kiss the bride!" Grinning, I stepped towards Robyn and crashed my lips onto hers. Everyone cheered and clapped as I placed my hands on her shoulder blades as she leant back in the kiss. She had her arms wrapped around my neck and it took me back to our very first kiss. Pulling away, I grinned at her and she laughed with joy. With her bridesmaids and my best men behind us, we made our way down the aisle and past all our friends and family.

"You look absolutely gorgeous, love!" I whispered to her in her ear as we walked. She giggled and looked up at me with her beautiful chocolate brown eyes.

"And you look as handsome as ever!" She grinned.

Later that evening...

"When Thomas asked me to be his best man, I was over the moon! Probably almost as happy as Robyn was when she found out she was pregnant!" Dylan laughed, as everyone around us started laughing too, "No, seriously. Thomas is one of the best men I know, closely followed by our dear friend Will here, who can't even put on the right trousers, and thinks he's the Lone Ranger of horse riders!" More laughter, "I would say that Ki Hong is the next one on my list but he makes fun of me too much!" Dylan smirked as Ki Hong punched him lightly on the arm, "So anyway, when I first met Thomas and Robyn it was clear that they were meant to be together. I never really believed that soul mates could ever exist, but I know stand corrected. Robyn and Thomas, I hope you have the greatest of futures!" Dylan grinned, lifting his glass up, "And to Robyn, I wish you the best of luck looking after your two bundles of trouble!" We all laughed again as he sat down next to Thomas, who ruffled his hair whilst chuckling.

"And now, we have a surprise video to show you all, that proves everything our dear friend Dylan said, to be true!" Ki Hong grinned as a picture of me and Thomas was projected onto the wall opposite us. Everyone turned to watch as the song Just the Way You Are, by Bruno Mars started playing. Pictures of us two started to flick by on the wall - some of us kissing, smiling or other ones of me laughing at Thomas or the other way around. I covered my mouth with my hands when pictures of us from university started showing up.

"Oh my God!" Thomas breathed, when he saw them. Suddenly, the sound of a scratched record sounded through the speakers and the song Crazy in Love, by Beyoncé began to play. Everyone cheered, as pictures from our holiday in the Lake District showed up. I burst into laughter as a picture of me and Thomas chasing a pig came up. Suddenly, a video started to play with the theme song to The Long Ranger playing behind it. We all burst into a fit of laughter when we realised that the video was of all of us lot chasing after those pigs. The video camera flipped to reveal Kaya laughing her socks off and waving.

"Hey guys! So I guess you guys didn't know that I was creating this video diary for your wedding! Love you guys!" And then she turned the camera just in time to see Dylan fall into the river. My sides were hurting like mad from the laughter when the song Love Story began. Pictures of me, Thomas and Parker showed up and tears began filling in my eyes. Thomas wrapped an arm around me, and he kissed my head. And just as we thought the film was about to end, the video of Thomas chucking me into the pool played. Everyone cheered as the video ended with us kissing underwater. I was really crying now, and Thomas was laughing with tears in his eyes. Smirking, Dylan handed me the microphone and everyone went silent.

"Wow, well I really don't know what to say!" I started, wiping my eyes with my fingers, "That was really something, guys! I just want to say thank you to all of you who made that film! And thank you to this guy standing next to me. I can tell you now, that ever since I first met Sangster over here, I've been the happiest person in the world. I remember when we first met at university, when I showed up at our dorm room. I looked an absolute mess, and it was not the best first impression!" I laughed, as everyone else did too, "And although he sometimes goes too far with the tickling, or hangs me upside down by my ankles," I said, raising my eyebrows at him, "He's the one I'm going to spend the rest of my life with, with our beautiful baby boy, Parker!" A loud cheer rose as Thomas cupped my face and kissed me, as I put down the microphone.

"Okay guys, wait till you get to your room later on for that stuff yeah?" Dylan smirked, making me gasp as everyone else cried with laughter.

"Now let's party!" Will cheered.
