Going After Lau

There was the sound of painful grunts and groans heard around the carriage that Abberline and ciel were in until the sounds slowly stopped and the young Earl gets out of the carriage to see the bodyguards of corraro's along with corraro himself on the ground, passed out.

The young boy looked over to see his butler and maid had came as (Y/n) is outfit had been fixed, thanks to Sebastian who's butler outfit is also fixed and both the demon's is injuries had been healed, thanks to the maid is ability.

"You're late."

"Yes, sir, and we've been waiting quite a while as well." The demon male said to the boy who walked over to them as (Y/n) noticed ciel is wearing an outfit that had him look like a poor boy having her think that he had to dress up in order to escape the polices is watch.

But she is a bit surprised to see abberline here but then again, he had always been concern for the young Earl.

"I let that soft-hearted fool get under my skin and infect me, but it won't happen again. I want you both to help me go after lau. What use are pawns who defy those who wield them?"

"Are you certain about this, my lord? Think carefully. You won't be able to take back this order." (Y/n) said to her master with a serious look on her face as she gaze at him "I will not suffer those who stand in my way." He responded back to his maid while Abberline watches the group with a confused expression on his face.

"Not even friends or family. Is that understood?"

A grin slowly formed across the two demon's lips of their young lord is response and they nodded "yes, our young lord." They give a small bow to the phantomhive boy.

"Ciel!" Abberline called out to the blue eyed boy having the trio to looked over at the officer that's still by the carriage.

"You should keep your distance from me if you want to live." He warn the man who let out a quiet gasp of his words, his eyes widened a bit "my place is in the shadows, yours in the light. We walk opposite paths abberline. It's best you remember that."

Ciel then looked over at (Y/n) and he then place a hand on her upper arm "are you alright, (Y/n)? They didn't harm you did they?" He asked with concern in his tone for his maid who smiled lightly of his worry for her.

But he glance at Sebastian, giving a look if he should tell him or not but the butler shook his head since it's best that she tell him about it later since they need to focus on getting lau so the maid give a light nod back so she then turn to ciel and give a reassuring look to him.

"I'm alright, my lord. I'll tell you later when we finished getting lau." She told him who begin to look a little nervous having a feeling that something did happen to his maid but he nodded either way to focus on the mission in hand.

So the trio left the area and headed off to go find lau and stop him from leaving England.

Ciel, (Y/n) and Sebastian were at a large fort on the side of town overlooking the lagoon as the fort had numerous cannons that's decorated the sides of the stone fort and at the distance in the harbor is a large ship that belonged to lau, trying to get out of London.

"Cannon!" Ciel exclaimed and each cannons had fired, the cannon balls heading towards lau's ship, striking the water around it and creating small geysers that had rocked the enormous ship as some of the cannon balls had strike the ship causing some explosions then the earl spoke "let's go, Sebastian and (Y/n)."

The butler nodded as he goes over to the maid and his lord, he held up the beautiful (h/c) haired maid on one arm then held ciel in the other arm as the maid spoke "I could've done it myself, Sebastian." She looked at the butler who then smirked at her "then what kind of butler would I be? If I allow my lady to go over there by herself."
