Andy's pov:

I sat there, staring off into space, imagining what it would be like without her, without my love, my life. She looked so beautiful, even in her comma state, in the hospitals night gown, she seemed so peaceful. God I was in love with this girl and there was nothing that could stop me, nothing at all. One of the nurses walked in and checked Jess's IV, she then glanced over at me and sighed," I'm real sorry this happened to your friend, Andy."

"She wasn't my friend, she was my girlfriend, the love of my life, I don't know what I'm gonna do without her," I started to tear up.

"You can step out for a minute if you want, I'll stay here with her every second," she had a mask on over her mouth and nose but I could tell by her eyes that she was smiling.

"Uhm, thanks, I could really use a minute or two for a smoke," I sighed and got up, kissing Jess on the forehead then walking out of the hospital building and taking some smokes out of my pocket.

3rd person pov:

While Andy was out the nurse sat down on the edge of Jess's bed, she removed her mask, revealing that she was the same girl who had kidnapped Jess earlier. The girl removed a needle from her pocket and took the lid off, she stood up and walked over to Jess's IV. The girl took a pause and flicked the needle, causing the liquid on the inside to shake slightly. The girl smirked and pushed the needle into the IV and pushed the liquid into it. She watched as it slowly seeped down the IV tube and into Jess's hand. She smirked and removed the needle, set it on the bedside table and wrote a note for whoever found Jess next.

"Dear reader,

I have just injected Jessica with a special kind of medicine, one that is homemade. You have 2 hours left until she dies, enjoy your last day, because they stop here."

The nurse left the note next to the needle, pulled her mask back up over her mouth and nose and left the room.

Back to Andy's pov:

I finished my smoke and walked back into the hospital and back to Jess's room," hey thanks for that, I really needed t-" I looked around and the nurse was no where in site, I looked over at Jess and noticed something on the bedside table, I walked over slowly and saw a needle and a note, I read the note and broke down in tears. I pushed the emergency call button a hundred times and doctors and nurses came rushing in, I showed one of them the note and they said they needed to test the needle to see what was in it, most of them left but one doctor stayed in the room with me and Jess, checking her IV and heart rate every now and again. He kept telling me it was gonna be ok, but I could tell that was a lie.
