A/N: Hello! So this is a cute little treat for your hamster! It's a DIY taco made out of safe veggies and other stuff like whole wheat bread for your hamster. Since I know a lot of different kinds of "tacos" I can make, there will probably be a few chapters similar to this! I hope you enjoy!

This recipe is a Syrian Hamster Taco. I will do a dwarfs one too, but the reason they are separate is because some dwarf hamsters have diabetes, which means they shouldn't have as much natural sugar. Ok so here it is!

Ingredients:
One piece of whole wheat bread

A mini cup

1/2 teaspoon of Apple

1 little piece of plain cooked ham or chicken

A SMALL piece of romain lettuce (or cucumber) Note: DO NOT use the watery "Iceberg lettuce."

1/4 teaspoon plain oats

1 raspberry

Instructions:
First, take your bread and the cup. Use the cup as a cutter so you make a small circle with the bread. Then, using the cup again, roll the bread flat. This is the tortilla. :)

Next, using a spoon, squish up the raspberry until it is a thick juice and spread it thinly onto the tortilla. (This is just so all the contents of the taco can stick together.

Then, chop up the chicken/ham, apple, and cucumber (if you're not using lettuce) and add all the ingredients to the taco.

Then after that, all you have to do is sprinkle the oats on top (sorta like cheese :)) and fold the taco in half! (Remember: You might need to take Out a bit of the food if it overflows with fruits and veggies.) There you go! You made a DIY mini hamster taco for Syrian Hamsters!!!
(And the dwarfs one will be coming soon!)

Serving Tips:
When serving this delicious treat to your Syrian, I suggest taking them out of their cage and letting them have it off a small plate. Note: Monitor your hamster when they are having this treat, and make sure that you ONLY feed small portions of it. Too much can result in diarrhea because there are so many watery vegetables and fruits.
Also, if your hamster doesn't like it for some reason, just remember that all hamsters like different things and it's always a good idea to experiment with different types and flavors of hamster treats!

Other than that, thanks for reading! I hope you enjoyed this is recipe, and be sure to message me or comment if you've tried any of these recipes! Thx!
