"What's going on?"
"This sofa ain't big enough for the two of us."
"Dylan, please, shut the hell up! Lara wants to tell us something."
"Oh, sorry."
"Just so you know, It is big enough."
"Daisy!"
"Sorry!"
Storm shakes her head in defeat while Derek silently dies with laughter and falls off the sofa. I was currently standing in front of them all, scared of what to tell them. Should I? or should I not? that is the question.
I take a deep breath. "For the past two weeks, I've been throwing up, constantly."
Everyone was looking at each other.
"And I went to the doctors yesterday, to find out why."
They all look confused apart from Derek. He looks directly at me.
"You're pregnant." He says.
I simple nod. Everyone gasps as they jump up to congratulate me. I start crying happy tears, I didn't know how they would react, but now I am so glad they are being so supportive.
"Who's the father?"
Shit. The one question I was hoping to avoid. I look down at the ground below my feet, wishing that it could all of a sudden swallow me up so I could avoid me.
No such luck.
"I- I actually don't know." I answer in a whisper.
"What do you mean?" Storm asks.
"I mean, I believe that it happened on the night of the wedding. But I can't remember anything after a certain point." I tell them.
I notice that Dylan has been really quiet, his jaw was set and he was glaring holes into the laminate floor. I feel so terrible, my heart ached. I know I like Dylan but having a baby and not knowing who is the father is taking a toll on me.
What about if it's him? no, don't be daft. Dylan wouldn't want to be with me. We are just friends. Aren't we? I rub my hand up and down my face, something that was inherited from my mother.
I can remember her faintly, always doing it when she was stressed or tired. I watched her doing it that much that I started doing it too.
It was silent until everyone started congratulating me again, totally forgetting about what had just happened.
"Hey," Dylan whispers in my ear.
"Hi." I whisper back, my breath hitching in my throat at the closeness of him. I feel my heart do somersaults in my chest, and my stomach wants me to throw up the food I had Inhaled earlier. I swallowed the urge down, but my heart wouldn't stop beating at an hundred mile an hour.
"Are you okay?" He says, looking into my eyes.
"Never better." I say, smiling up at him, taking in the beautiful man before me.
How did I get so lucky to meet Dylan O'Brien? I mean, he's hot, gorgeous, talented, friendly, adorable, hot, hot, hot.
"Guys, how about we call Chloe and Charlotte and meet them at Bittersweet?" Daisy asks.
"Sure, I can do that." I say.
Dylan looks at me. "I want the hot chocolate."
"Yeah I can do that." Everyone else says.
We all get up and get ready. Me, Daisy and Storm decided to go into my room and change into a fandom top.
Daisy chose a Harry Potter one, that said 'I solemnly swear I'm up to no good' which in her case, is probably true. Storm chose a The fault in our stars shirt, that said 'Some infinities are bigger than other infinities' and I chose a black top with the Dauntless logo on in a blood red.
