I climbed into my room and helped Corey in. We walked to the bathroom, trying to be as quiet as we could. I took out the aid kit and started picking out the glass shards from his hand.
"Ow, fuck that hurts." He said, as he winced.
"Stop moving." I said.
"Sorry but it's very painful, okay." He said.
"But now it'll heal sooner." I said as I bandaged up his hand.
"Thanks." He said, opening the door but I pulled him back.
"There's still cuts on your face."
"Oh." He said. I cleaned up the cuts on his face and added band aids.
"Done, finally." I said.
"Thanks Par-" he was cut off by someone trying to open the door. Both our eyes went wide.
"Parker, are you in there?" Drew asked. I was trying to find a spot for Corey to hide. He jumped into the tub and closed the shower curtain.
"Oh, yea sorry." I said, opening the door.
"It's okay, I thought I heard someone in here with you?" Drew said, yawning
"You're probably just imaging stuff." I said, forcing a laugh.
"Anyways, it's almost 3am, you should go to sleep." He said.
"Okay, goodnight." I said. He was about to walk out but stopped when something fell.
Damnit Corey.
"What was that?" He said, turning and looking at me suspiciously.
"What was what?" I lied.
"I heard something fall in the shower." He said, walking past me and pulling the shower curtain aside, revealing Corey standing in the tub holding a shampoo bottle.
"Hey, I'm showering here! Does anyone have manners anymore!?" He said. My eyes went wide as I tried not to laugh.
"Who's this?" Drew asked.
"I'm Corey Haim." Corey smiled.
"Parker." Drew said.
"It's a long story. Can we save it for later, I'm tired."
"Me too." Corey said, yawning. He got out of the shower and walked out.
"Who is he? I wanna know now." Drew asked again with a stern voice.
"He's um a friend." I lied hoping he'd believed me.
"Friends don't come at 2 in the morning."
"Corey does."
"We'll talk about this in the morning. Now go get some sleep, goodnight." He said, walking out.
I put away the kit and went back to my room. I turned the light on and saw Corey standing by the bay window.
"Sorry." He said, smiling like an idiot.
"It's okay." I said.
"I should probably go."
"Okay, see you."
"Goodnight Parker." He said, climbing out the window.
"Goodnight Corey." I whispered.
