Lost Heroes

Chapter 22

Hello my fellow Starwarzians!!! I'm starting to get over the terrifying Batman v Superman trailer feels and all that BUT then I started playing Arkham Knight.... I won't tell u who the Arkham Knight is but let's just say, it hit me right in the feels. Also please don't comment who he as we don't want any spoilers to be lurking ready to ruin a person's life. But if anyone wants to talk to me about it, I would be happy to do so. Anyway! You know what I do to inspire myself to write, listen to all 6 movie soundtracks which I have been doing for around the last 5 hours :). So now i present to u the next chapter of Lost Heroes...

Update: Okay that was written a few months ago...And I feel really guilty for not updating it's mostly because I'm really lazy and I was running out of ideas but finally after months here is the next( and especially long just to make it up to you) chapter of Lost Heroes! I hope you guys are still enjoying it.

"Okay I've...I've avoided this all too long. This is what you were all sent here for; to create a better future for the galaxy and I'm failing everyone by not telling you the truth." Jaina said addressing everyone, not just Ahsoka.

"What do you mean?" Ahsoka asked.

"I mean that some pretty bad things happen in that third movie that I was beginning to show you, well they started when Anakin's mother died, well no, was killed." She replied whilst nodding at Hayden as if signaling him so he can continue.

"The Senate isn't only corrupted with greedy and selfish people but also the dark side has taken it over and now no one is safe from it. The person who has been smothering the senate in darkness is the Sith Lord you have all been searching for, the master. And his plan from the beginning was to rule the galaxy with an iron fist with The Chosen One at his side." Hayden says looking mainly at Anakin for a response.

"So it's true then, what Mara said, I become a sith" Anakin said gritting his teeth from locking his jaw in place

"...Yes I'm afraid so. You become the sith we saw on the tv programme we were watching the other day, Darth Vader. You were tricked and your good intentions and loving feelings were used against you! There's no need to be ashamed you can change it you don't have to become that person!" Jaina answered walking up to Anakin and weakly smiling at him.

Anakin flinched at the feel of Jaina's hand on his shoulder and backed away from her slowly. Jaina gave him a confused look as his face went to a guilty expression and his breathing started to get a bit more ragid. Padmé seemed to notice this and said,"Ani what is it... This isn't your fault the sith seduced you into becoming a sith!"

"But how did that happen?!" Anakin suddenly shouted jumping away from his wife's touch," I wouldn't just turn to the dark side for no reason there had to have been some sort of reason! What happened that made me want to turn to the dark side?"

"Um well... Have you heard of Darth Plagueis? Well he had the ability to save people from dying and the sith that turned you to the dark side told you his story. At this point the sith had created nightmares (or at least that's what I think happened) and they were about Padmé dying in childbirth. Then when you heard that story you sort of made a deal with the sith ,after he had killed the Jedi that had been brought along to arrest him you felt like the council or Jedi would never forgive you, and the deal was that you would become his apprentice if you saved Padmé's life..." Jaina answered sheepishly.

They all stared at her with shocked expression with a tint of guilt in Padmé's. Now Jaina may not be a detective but she had read Batman comics enough to be able to read people's expression pretty well. Which meant Jaina saw the hint of guilt in Padmé's (and Anakin's face, although not for the reason you would think) face and suddenly was hit with a giant wind of fear because somehow she knew exactly what she was thinking.

"No... No no no NO!" Jaina almost shouted walking towards Padmé and Anakin, pointing her second finger accusingly at them," You will not blame this on your marriage, neither of you, even if you had never gotten married the sith still would have found a way to turn Anakin to the dark side."

The two stared at her with their expressions blank and surprisingly showing no emotion. "I know but that doesn't mean I can't  feel bad about it..." Anakin replied.

"Do you, uh, want us to leave you guys alone for a minute." Jaina says sensing their need to talk to eachother. Neither one answered but both nodded slightly.

"Master do you want me to tell Master Obi Wan this?" Ahsoka said fiddling with the loose thread on her shirt.

"Yeah that would be... Actually can I, can I tell Obi Wan myself?" Anakin answered unsurely.

"Yeah sure Master." Ahsoka answered and walked after Jaina as she left the room. Hayden was about to follow before he realised something Anakin didn't know.

"Hey Anakin you know you don't die a bad guy, you redeem yourself by killing your sith master and saving not only your two children but also the whole galaxy. You are the chosen one. And don't let anyone else tell you otherwise." Hayden said as he put his hand on his shoulder in a seemingly comforting way. He then left the room to let them talk and followed Jaina and Ahsoka to where Obi Wan was looking after Mara.

Padmé went over to the sofa in the room and sad down her body slightly shaking at the sudden news. Anakin followed her and sat down next to her but not as close as he usually did worried that she may flinch away if they touched. "Hey Angel I-" Anakin started to say before he was interrupted by his wife.

"Don't you dare... Don't you dare apologise for this. It's not your fault you haven't done it yet and your judgement was clouded. Ani if it was the other way around I most likely would have done the exact same thing you did. At first I'll admit I was scared and almost angry but, even though it's only been a few minutes, since I felt that way I've realised that you did it all for love. You care too much for your own good Anakin that's why you'd make a great father and apparently a good chosen one, I heard what Hayden said you brought balance to the force but well how were you supposed to do that without being dark for a while. Of course it's possible but... The important thing is that you haven't done any of that yet and you did it, you completed your destiny. I love you Anakin Skywalker and I always will." She said before jumping up onto her tiptoes and softly putting her lips on his. As soon as she kissed him she could feel the tension leave him as he relaxed.

"I love you too, Angel" he whispered under his breath before wrapping his arms around his wife and embracing her. And she never let go, not even when she felt a tear drop onto her shoulder, it only made her hold on tighter.

Obi Wan stood up and walked over to where Mara was standing near the window. And said," We need you to help us figure out how to stop what you say happens in the future coming true. We don't want there to be more wars, we want them to stop completely. We need to figure out what it is that seduces Anakin to the dark side and we need to stop it from happening."

"I think I can do that." She says smiling slightly at the thought of Luke being happy.

Just then Jaina, Hayden and Ahsoka walked in with mostly upset and worried looks on their faces.

"Will you help us?" Ahsoka asks while her eyes fill with tears. Jaina reaches over and holds her hand comfortingly as Mara replies.

"Yes. I will help you fight off the darkness in our universe if it's the last godamn thing I do."
