Lost Heroes

Chapter 5

"Okay,before we say anything else lets all just calm down take a deep breath and we can finish watching the scene keeping in mind this is about 7-8 months in the future if I estimate correctley." Jaina calmy said whilst scurrying around for the remote which she had just dropped.

She then grabbed the remote which layed on the floor next to the TV and unpaused it, worrying about everyone's reaction.

"Anakin don't say things like that." She nervously said before pulling him into an embrace.
Realising Padmé worried expression and her trembling figure Anakin asks, "Are u alright, you're trembling?"
"Ani, something wonderful has happend." She whispers gulping at the end of her statement whilst Anakin stared at her with a quizzical expression.
"Ani I-I-I'm Pregnant." She stutterd breathing deeply.

Jaina decides to pause the TV once again waiting for the screaming to come. But it doesn't.For about a minute an awkward silence appeared making Jaina shifted uncomfortably in her chair.

Everyone was stunned ,even the two lovers, at what had happend. Finally breaking the silence Anakin asks Jaina, "How far in the future did you say this was?"

"About 7-8 months..." she replies

"Oh okay." Anakin replies sighing in relief that Padmé hadn't just kept it from him.

Then,all of a sudden, Obi Wan turns to Anakin and says,"Anakin do you love her?"

"Well,yes, of course and I will forever no matter what anyone says to convince me not to." He replies blushing slightly," I am sorry that I failed you as a a apprentice ,Obi Wan, and you as a master Ashoka but this is how I want my life to be, not as a slave to the republic. "

"I knew you liked her Anakin, but I never thought u would go and marry her, I could have helped you if you told me." Obi Wan comferted him by saying.

"How did this even happen, Master?" Ashoka said with a shocked expression.

"It started when Master Qui Gon and you came to Tatooine to find some parts for Padmé's ship and they came into Watto's shop. The first time I saw her I thought she was an angel, I even said it outloud." Anakin started," then when I came to Corusant to be trained I promised that we would see eachother again and that one day I would marry her."

"Then I called you a funny little boy and laughed at you, without knowing that you would actually keep that promise." Padmé said chuckling to herself

"10 years later the council assigned me to protect her on Naboo whilst you went to investigate why Jango Fett was trying to assasinate her." Anakin says looking at Jaina for guidance

"Urmmm I'll just be on my phone cus I think this may take a while to explain,I dont really think I can help to be honest, i'll be right here of u do actually need me." Jaina says as a daydream entered her mind whilst everyone nodded.

"Anyway,whilst you were away chasing that bounty hunter, me and Padmé were on Naboo and everything was fine, nothing was really happening until one evening I asked to talk to her alone." Anakin continued whilst Padmé rubbed his arm

"I confessed my feelings to her but she turned me down ,she said it would never happen, you could say she was the logical one." Anakin continued,"that night I had another dream about my mother but it was worse then the others and I just couldn't do it any more, that's how we ended up on Tatooine."

"I don't know whether I want to hear the answer to this;but what happend on Tatooine the day your mother...passed." Obi Wan softly asks

"Anakin do you want me to say it, you don't have to." Padmé worriedly asks

"No no no it's fine."Anakin started to say taking a deep breath," I killed them, every single of them."

"Who, who did you kill?" Obi Wan says jumping up suddenly

Ignoring his question Anakin says," And not just the men, but the women and the children too."

"Master who did you kill?" Ashoka said jumping from her seat aswell," we can help you."

"The Tuskan Raiders who took my mother, they were animals and I slaughtered them like animals." Anakin moaned staring out of Jaina's window," I only felt anger and pure hatred, I could only....only feel t-t-the dark side."

The 4 of them suddenly turned at the sound of a sob and a quiet scream coming from the couch."I'm sorry it's just something he said I-I'll be right back." Jaina says before scurrying out of the door. Padmé went to go after her but Anakin held her back knowing she didn't want to be disturbed.

"Anakin just tell us what happend after you got to Geonosis, I know you came to rescue me but how did that plan fail?"

Whilst Anakin and Padmé explained how they were captured,how Padmé had told Anakin she loved him too just before they were dragged into the arena and when they got married even searching it up on the internet (which they suspected was like the holo-net) ,Jaina was in her room hiding all the star wars movies and toys from the 3rd,4th,5th and 6th movie. She had just had an awful thought whilst they were discussing. What if something worse would happen if Anakin didn't fall, would she be destroying the fate of their galaxy? She couldn't do it. She musn't do it. No one can tell them their future otherwise everything would go wrong and she would destroy the very fabric of the universe. Just as she was stuffing a Luke figure into a box she saw a car pull up at the driveway. "Oh poodoo." Jaina cursed under her breath sprinting down the stairs just as the door flung open.
