Girl's Night Out

ELENA'S POINT OF VIEW

It had been a little over a month since Kyle and I started dating. We were getting closer, but there was something different about him. Something mysterious.

I called him to talk.

"Hello?" He answered.

"Hey Kyle," I said.

"Uhhh hey. What are you doing?" He asked.

"Nothing. Just wanted to tell you I can't make it tonight. My friends are coming into town, and we are going out," I told him.

"Okay well you have fun. I have to go bye," he said hanging up.

"Uhhh bye?" I said.

I got up and walked out. I saw Dean sitting on the couch. He looked sad. It had been three weeks since our fight. He wasn't speaking to me, and I didn't even know why.

Ever since the fight, he has been staying out late and doing things he normally doesn't do. He won't even eat my food or look at me. Every time I walked into the room he would leave.

I needed to fix whatever this was.

"Dean?" I said.

He got up and started walking to his room like he always does.

"No Dean! Stop! At least tell me what I did!" I yelled.

He kept walking.

"Dean stop! I'm trying to fix this. Fix us!" I yelled again.

"Elena, there's nothing you can do! Just get out," he said to me before slamming the door.

My heart fell to a million pieces. I wiped a tear from my eye and went back to my room to answer my phone.

"Hello?" I said.

"Elena!!!!" two super excited girls yelled.

"Car! Bonnie! Are you guys here yet?!" I yelled.

"Yes we are!" Caroline said.

"We are getting ready in an hour to go out! You're coming right?" Bonnie asked.

"Wouldn't miss it for the world," I replied.

We hung up, and I chose my outfit.

I picked out this tight black dress. It showed a lot of skin, but it was super cute. I wore a pair of red heels, and I straightened my hair.

My best friends from Mystic Falls were in town, and I really wanted to see them. We were going to this bar called Polly's Pub. It wasn't too far, but there was no way I could walk there.

I left the house leaving Dean. He watched me as I walked out. He looked hurt, but he didn't say one word.

I enter the bar looking around for my friends. All of a sudden I hear screams.

"Elena!!!!!" They both screamed as they ran up and hugged me.

"Hey guys!" I said hugging them back.

This felt good. I missed this.

"So how have you guys been?" I asked.

"I've been good. I've been busy with school, and now I have a job so it's hard to do things I want to do," Bonnie told me.

"And I've been busy with work. I became a party planner! Right now I'm working on the city council party," Caroline said.

"Wow guys that's amazing!"

"Thanks," they said in unison.

"Uhmm so if you don't mind me asking, how's my family?" I asked.
