It's Too Late To Apologize

Chapter 5- No...

"Hello Winter" My dad says with a big smile. I do not even look at him, I just continue staring at the wall. "What do you want" I say with disgust in my voice. "I.. I just..." "ACTUALLY DO NOT ANSWER THAT!" I yell at him.
"You are a horrible person" I whisper. "I am your Father!" He says back with hatred. "You took Susan away just so you could experiment on me" I say. "honey...this." He gets cut off by me. "Don't call me honey" I snap at him. He lets out a sigh, "This experiment can help thousands or even millions of life's" "how?" I question angrily. "These artificial humans are just like us they need to breath, eat, sleep and they can even feel emotions so..". "WHY on earth would you give them emotions if you are going to send them away to be slaughtered" I ask with hatred. "Because they need to understand that they were made to die and they have to be ok with it because otherwise they could fail there mission and innocent people will die" he states. "That is disgusting and terrible" I say while shaking my head. "How" he asks.
"Because you are making them just like humans" I say. "Not exactly, they don't feel pain" He say. "They do EMOTIONALLY!" I yell at him. "Who cares about them, they don't have family's,friends, people they love. They are nothing more to us than robots" He says slightly angry.

"..........................."
"Get out" I whisper to him.
"Fine" he says "but if you want to see your friend follow me". "How do I know this is not a trick" I ask
"Do you want to come or not" he asks. "Fine" I  sigh.

We walk down a long dark hallway. They didn't trust me so they had to handcuff me. My father left to go do something 'important' so now Alex is leading me. I still hate her, I hate everyone who works in this facility. There motive is sick and horrific, there motive is to make artificial humans with feelings and then raise them up like pigs to slaughter. Its sick and when I find Susan we will escape from this horrific place. A part of me keeps telling me that I need to help these poor things, to let them free and safe from war and violence but I don't think I can  because it's not my job to help these people I just want to be free but.....so do they.

We finally reach a cell at the end of the hallway but its alot different to my other cell its has tall metal walls with a metal roof and it only has a bathroom and a sleeping bag looking thing on the floor. I try to look through the door to see what else is in there and then I see a girl around the same age as me, at first I think it is Susan but when I look at her again she has long jet black hair with snow white skin and blue eyes. The girl looks up at me with eyes that say 'Help me' But I just continue staring. Then one of the officers throw me in the cell and I fall  on the cold stone floor, It was a TRICK! I run up to the door and yell "WHERE IS SUSAN" "WHY AM I IN HERE" "COME BACK". I start tearing up then Alex turns her head and says "Experiments start tomorrow morning".
