I walked out onto the stage casually, as if it was no big deal. Even though it really was. People in the audience were screaming. It wasn't just regular screaming though, they were freaking out. Why wouldn't they be, they were seeing their favorite band. I looked out into the stadium of screaming people one last time before I took a seat behind my drum kit.
I had never been so excited in my life. I pulled two sticks out of the bag on the floor next to me, counted out, "ONE TWO, ONE TWO THREE FOUR," and started the the drumline. The guitar was supposed to come in at this part, what was going on? Instead I was hearing some kind of beeping noice. The audience slowly got quieter and quieter. The beeping got louder and louder. I was so confused until I opened my eyes.
