My name is Snow Diamond. I guess I'm not the most ordinary pony in my village. Mainly because I am a teen alicorn with no cutie mark. I wasn't very talented. My small village is at the top of snowy mountain. We all are just simple and plain. I wished I just had an interesting life. I was a reader. I wanted to know and learn all about equestria. Studying day and night lead me to having no friends. I didn't have friends! I didn't want friends! I didn't need friends! I like my life alone and isolated. I admit it can be a little lonely. But I just saw past it. I loved studying books all day and night. I loved my life the way it was.
But in the middle of the night a horrified scream rang out as the thick aroma of smoke filled the air.
