(Sorry for not updating... But that'll be explained at the end. Until then enjoy the chapter.)
[Nate's P.O.V]
"Good morning."
I sat up, adjusting my eyes to the morning sun. In a instant, the memories of last night were processing in my brain. I still couldn't believe that he did that to me, after we kissed...
I saw Liam shirtless, sitting right beside me in the bed. My eyes couldn't resist staring at his abs. He wasn't kidding when he told me that he worked out a lot. It has really paid off.
He came a little closer to me, wrapping his arm around me.
"Good morning" I smiled as he kissed me on the cheek.
"Guess what today is?"
"Saturday..." I said, looking at him with a confused face.
"It's also the Fourth of July" he laughed, knocking me down on the bed.
I've almost forgot that it was fourth. There was so much stuff happening that I didn't even consider thinking about it.
"Oh yeah. Jasmine and I were gonna go to the beach and watch the fireworks. Wanna come?"
"Yup as long as I'm with you I'm happy" he answered, which made me blush a little. Okay, a lot...
I've only known the dude for almost a month and all he did was so love and support for me. And I absolutely loved it, he's smile brighten up my day, almost making forget about last night.
Shit I totally forgot about the scene that Sebastian has caused during the party. I tried to hold back the tears that we're going to be released.
Liam noticed, and hugged me.
"That's over now" he whispered, rubbing my back. "He obviously didn't see how precious you are, and that was his mistake."
A single tear slid down my face.
"I just can't believe he did it. It just didn't seem like him."
"Sometimes people change" he informed, still comforting me.
After a while he got up. I told him that he could put on clothes from my drawer since he wasn't that much taller/bigger than me.
He thanked for the clothes, and headed downstairs leaving me in the room alone.
I felt horrible, no betrayed. I buried my face in my bed and groaned. Sebastian why? How could you do this me after we kissed? Well I was with Liam now and nothing could change that.
I finally got up and took a rather long shower. I needed time to clear my mind and focus on the future. I put on a black tee shirt, and some dark skinny jeans I have gotten at the mall.
A grabbed my phone and opened the door. Immediately, I smelled the scent of eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes. This definitely wasn't Jasmine's doing.
I walked down the stairs to find Liam, the man behind the smells. I stared in awe as I watched stuff sizzle, and pancakes flip.
"That smell!" Jasmine yelled from upstairs. Before I knew it, she was downstairs, stopping where I was at, staring in awe.
"You okay?" she whispered, still staring at the kitchen.
"Yeah, I'm feeling better" I thanked her, giving her a quick hug.
We still stand in place as we waited anxiously for that one word.
"Finished."
