Summary:Rido was finally killed. Peace was brought back and "everyone" was happy...The Kuran couple was planning for marriage, but what about Zero.

Chapter Three : Decisions

Mhh the taste of nector. So sweet.. Takuma pulled back and hugged Zero. It was warm, the embrace was accepted with hesitantly shaking hands. Takuma face broke into a smile.

He accepted me...this feeling...

Even though you couldn't see Zero's face, he's think of the same thing to.

Hearts were beating loudly everything was perfect; the silence around them and the warm welcoming embrace.

They didn't sense two pair of red eyes staring at them in the trees. Looks of jealousy and hatred were filled in them.

Takuma slowly unraveled himself from Zero and stepped back a little. Giving Zero some air and space.

"Zero, I want to be with you, no matter what. I'm not joking either. I really, really love you. I won't let anybody hurt you anymore. I promise you that" His voice was serious. His face was no longer a grin but was replaced with flaming green eyes filled with determination.

"Why are you so sure that I'm the one for you?"

"I'm not sure." That made Zero frown slightly but his face quickly brightened up when hearing the next words that came out of the young aristocrat vampire's mouth.

"But I have a good feeling that you're the one I need and I'm following this feeling. You are my light and you are my sorrow. You are my everything."

"..." I am his everything? The words made the butterfly in Zero's heart burst into many flames. I am his everything. The smallest smile started tugging at his lips. Takuma saw this and decided this was his perfect chance to ask Zero about their relationship. Everything is going more smoothly than I planned.

"So Zero do you...do you want to...ummm be in a relationship. I understand if you don't want to but if it isn't too much----"

"Senpai, shut up. I agree."

The tan vampire went completely still for a moment. He agreed...he agreed..HE AGREED!!!! Takuma in the inside was jumping and highfiving himself. This was one of those moments that he had to remember so he would tell his grandchildren , one day. And his old self is back. The dark heavy aura was gone.

Ever since the awakening of Yuki, Zero seemed to have lost his old charm. He was much more skinny, like he starved himself and he seemed so depressed. I mean who wouldn't be if you find out your 'sister' was one of those that murdered your family.

Zero was happy. He was actually glad that he said those words. His face was scowling but his heart was saying otherwise.

They agreed to meet after class to talk more. Running back to class both still didn't seem to notice the eyes following them.

They walked side by side and hand in hand towards a big tree and sat down. Sitting there they started to admire the nature around them.

The low cool wind was blowing softly at the brown moldy leaves. The sun was beginning to go down but was beaming brightly at them. The smell of newly fresh cut grass filled the air.

Takuma turned Zero's attention towards himself when he took his lover's pale hands into his own tan hands.

"Are you free on Saturday, Zero?" Hearing a soft mh, he shook his blond head once and asked the most hardest question he had ever asked anyone.

"Will you go on a date with me?"

A small smirk crossed Zero's elegant face.

"I thought you never would never ask."
