Summary:Rido was finally killed. Peace was brought back and "everyone" was happy...The Kuran couple was planning for marriage, but what about Zero.

Chapter Eight: Hospital

"Hurry up, take the young man to the the ambulance!"

"Yes, sir!"

Everything was a big blur to Zero. He saw a blurry group of people wearing bright green coats running around.

They went over and were about to put him in the gurney that was exactly like their sickening shirt color, until they noticed how he flinched and moved away from them.

"It's alright we are here to help you."

That made him relax just the slightest bit.

As they were strapping the gurney's belt around Zero, he suddenly started or tried to scream.

Little threads of blood ran down his neck and the air in his lungs started to fill up with blood. It bubbled when ever Zero opened his mouth. Gags and choking noises filled the air, half from Zero and the other half the people around him.

He was in such a bad state. From his upper regions to his lower regions.

They put him in the van-like vehicle and started to take care of his wounded neck and his lower regions. As the car started to move Zero can make out that Takuma, Kaien, and Toga got on the ambulance.

Holding Zero's hand, Takuma was pleading to the lord to save Zero. He was desperate for Zero to be okay. Drops of tears fell to Zero's bruised face.

Feeling his eyes getting heavier by the mintue. Ignoring the noises around him, Zero closed his eyes and went into a deep slumber.

When they arrived at the hopistal, nurses and doctors quickly crowded around the newly patient and studied his state.

Seeing that he needs medical attention, they rushed him into the emergency room and operated on him.

The awkward silence filled the cold waiting room. The white walls didn't help much either. They only gave the three more worry. The intention in the air never left even when they arrived at the hospital.

No one was smiling nor yelling; the atmosphere around them were serious and deadly. It felt like no one was breathing. Not even a pin drop can be heard.

At least three hours, had passed, the tense in the air lightened. The doctor had told them Zero was doing "fine", now. The danger was takened care of.
And they may see Zero. Walking slowly into the bright they didn't know what was in stored for them

Because...

Walking inside was their mistake.
