Chapter 54- What We Having?

*Lexi's POV*

~A few months later~

"NNNIIIAAALLLLLLL!!!!!!" I yelled, walking down the stairs.

"Yes?" He asked, getting up from the couch.

"Come on, we have to go to my doctor's appointment." I said.

"See ya later guys!" Niall said, running out the door, leaving it wide open.

He loved the baby's heartbeat.

"Bye guys, be back later." I told the lads and the girls, grabbing the keys and closing the door after myself.

"Bye!" They called back.

I smiled. I have the best family.

"Did you forget something?" I asked, holding up the car keys.

"Oh, right." He said with a smirk, as I climbed into the passeger side of Niall's car.

I was only six months pregnant, and we hadn't figured out the sex of the baby yet. We were doing that today, I was excited, and so was Niall. He talked about it all night long last night.

Also, it was sorta hard for me to move around. Like, getting into my car was a struggle, because it has a bit of a lift. But, I knew it would get harder in time.

A few minutes later, we arrived to the doctor's. Niall helped me out and held my hand until we got called in.

"Hi Lexi, hi Niall." My doctor said.

"Hi Dr." We replied.

"Are you ready?" He asked.

"Yes." I replied, feeling Niall squeeze my hand as I laid down on the bed.

A few minutes later, she smiled widely and said, "It's a boy, again."

Niall looked at me a smiled.

"But there's also a girl, congratulations guys, you're having twins.

"Yes!" Niall said, smiling.

Me and Niall kissed and were really excited.

"This is great." I said, smiling.

We wrapped up our doctor's appointment and left for the house.

When we got home, I went to our room to test out my sleeping pillows.

Niall walked in when I was doing so.

"Lex.... Um, what are you doing?" He asked.

"Oh, I'm testing out my pillows. The farther I get in my pregnancy, the more uncomfortable I will be. Pillows, are not my best friend in discomfort." I explained.

"Ok, just do this then." He said, walking over to me and removing all of my pillows.

"Niall, I can't ever lay flat when I'm pregnant, I'll pass out. It'll hurt the baby." I said.

"Well, we don't want that." He said, kissing my forehead and thinking for a minute.

"What about this?" He said, making my side of the bed elevate.

"How come I didn't know about this???" I asked.

"I don't know." he said.

I just sat there, shocked.

"Come on babe, let's go downstairs, I think we're gonna go do some stuff in town." He said.

"Ok, let me change, this isn't a very comfortable outfit." I said, getting out of the bed.

I changed into a blue and white blossom silk maxi maternity dress, a blue beanie, and some blue woven TOMS.
