Niall was right, she would make you shop till you drop. We came home with a bunch of clothes. I got dresses, skirts, purses, jewelry, tops and bottoms, shoes, and even some luggage.
When we walked in the house I walked through the door and I dropped all of my bags, and even Maura and one of the butlers had bags up their arms. Niall came walking down the stairs and I turned to Maura, hugging and thanking her. She and the butler took the bags up to our room.
Niall came over to me and laughed and I said, "You were right, I'm exhausted."
"Yeah, she'll do that." He replied. "Well, listen, we are gonna go to Harry and Louis's apartment, to swim, so I'm ready when you are..." He said.
"Well, let me grab my suit and we can get going." I said running up the stairs to put my swimsuit under my clothes and grab my purse. Niall already had his trunks on with a t-shirt. I came back down the stairs and we got in the car to go to their apartment.
When we arrived, Niall came around and helped me out of the car. Before we could even knock or ring the doorbell, Liam opened the door, and said "The Horans are here!"
"Hey, I'm not a Horan yet, thankfully." I mumbled that last part quietly, but where people could still hear it and I laughed when Niall cleared his throat.
"I'm just kidding. You know I can't wait to be a Horan." I laughed. Our relationship is kind of weird right now. Like, he loves me, and knows I love him, but we're kind of like right on the edge of best-friend-zone, and right about to fall into the pit of love, as he described it last night.
Niall waited for me on the couch with everyone else. I went and took my clothes off in the bathroom to reveal a pink and purple leopard print bikini.
When I came out of the bathroom, I saw Niall with no shirt, and I stared at his abs.
"Like what you see?" He asked as he kissed my cheek; I chuckled and said, "Whatever."
"Well, as I can say, you don't look horrible, that's for sure." he said as we walked outside. He picked me up bridal style and jumped in the pool. The water and sun felt so good. As I kept swimming with the guys, Niall got out and began to cook hamburgers and hot dogs.
"So, how are you liking London so far?" Louis asked me.
"Oh, it's great, so beautiful!" I replied.
"That's good, we love it too." Harry said
"Yeah, you should really visit the park sometime, it's really pretty." Liam said.
"Yeah, I will." I said.
"We should all go to the park together!" Zayn said.
"How about tomorrow?" Louis asked.
"Sounds good to me." I agreed.
"At 10am. It's set." Liam said.
"We all meet at Niall's house?" Harry said pointing at me.
"Yeah, sure." I nodded.
"So, how are you and Niall working out?" Louis asked.
"Oh, good.... It's so good to see him again. I've had a crush on him since preschool; I mean, we were best friends until he moved here in the eighth grade." I said.
"Really?" Zayn asked.
"Yeah." I said.
"Food's ready!" Niall called.
Zayn was the first one to jump up and out of the water. Harry helped me out of the pool as the others followed. We all grabbed what we wanted and sat on the lawn chairs. We hung out, ate, and talked until it was almost dark. The boys went inside while Niall and I stayed in the pool and talked.
He came closer to me and said, "Lexi, I, uh, I really like you..."
I sat there and stared into his eyes, and smiled, "I really like you too." "I know that we have only been reunited for 2 days, but I do." I said.
"Good, because I've had a crush on you since fifth grade." He said.
"Really? Me too!" I admitted.
I thought about what he said as I stared into his eyes, we leaned closer together and he kissed me.
The kiss was sweet and soft and I felt sparks, and I knew he did too.
