Chapter 9

The ride back to South Carolina peaceful. Savannah was passed out and Hunter was concentrated on driving. Nick was coming to South Carolina with us and we were all having a bon fire tonight. I was super excited. Me and Nick were sitting in the back watching a movie on my laptop. I was getting tired, I wanted to get some rest before tonight, we all planned to pull an all nighter. We were gonna hangout in Hunter's room and watch movies.

Hunter was starting to warm up to Nick, which was important. If Hunter doesn't like the guy I like, then I'm doomed and I have no chance whatsoever. Nick and Hunter had been telling each other jokes, and it was kind of funny, Hunter hated him earlier, and now they're friends.

We finally got back to Hunter 's house and Savannah was still out cold. I fell asleep on Nick's shoulder a couple og times but kept waking up, but I stayed like that the rest of the ride.

"Get out of my freaking car." Hunter said pushing Savannah out of the front seat. She woke up, on the driveway. This killed me and Nick. We were dying of laughter. I've never seen a look that described the meaning of "300% done," but it was on her face. I walked past her choking on my laughter and tripped. She busted out laughing and so did Nick and Hunter. Once Nick stopped laughing, he helped me up, which is totally cliché I know.

He grabbed my hand and pulled me up. I dusted off my pants and laughed. I helped Savannah up and we went running into the house. We all plopped down on the couch in their huge living room and laughed. "I'm hungry, I want food." Savannah stated. "You're always hungry." I said elbowing her.

Nick laughed a little and picked up my hand. We walked onto the back porch and locked the door. I heard something hit the door and turned around. It was Savannah, dancing like an egyptian making creepy faces at us. Gosh, sometimes I wonder why I'm friends with her. She's making Nick think I'm weird.

I gave her the finger and she slowly dissapeared. Finally, we were alone.
