I was arrested last night. My wrists were hung up with a pair of fetters. I was in an upright position. My whole body was exhausted, feeling lifeless. I didn't know where I was. And I thought I did fall asleep while arresting. I was volunteer to go with angels to this jail.
It was nearly noon. I was starving as I wasn't fed in the morning. I was sleeping anyway. My eyes explored my lovely prison cell. It was quite narrow and old-designed – about 6m2. Above my head was a small cell window. A table and a pair of chairs were placed on the left hand side. The room looked about fine – made of bricks and in front of me was a cell door. I was taken into custody by only two angels. They were whispering something with each other. I didn't have any intention to overhear them. One of them looked like Aaron. The other one seemed to be Jason. I giggled. Didn't know why.
"Hey!" – I called them out.
I actually smiled when I was right. On the other hand, their faces didn't look the same way, which made me burst into laughter.
"I'm starving!"
"Human blood?!" – Aaron's voice held on the edge of derision.
I bit my lips to placate my anger. It became so ridiculous now. I smirked. Somehow, I found it so funny. I rolled my eyes in boredom.
"Can you just get the hell out of here and let me talk to Jason for a bit, please?"
I couldn't control my mind at the end. It was expressed in my words.
Sean threw a worried look to Jason but he nodded.
He took the key from Sean and opened the cell door, which was advised not to do before. It had been such a long time I hadn't seen his face that closely. I hated him because he didn't trust me, even ordered angels to arrest me. But at the bottom of my heart, I still loved him. I knew I was a stupid girl and love itself was stupid. I was good at wearing an unemotional mask though.
"What would you like to eat?" – He asked me politely, which he had never done that before.
"I don't know! Just get me something like a burger, something easy to eat!" – I said to him as if he was a waiter.
I probably thought that he would opened the chain for me for a while to let me eat so I said no further. He walked out and locked the door again. I bowed my head down and just smirked. When I looked up, he had gone. This life was getting more interesting every single day!
After 15 minutes, he was back with a bag of past – I guessed and the key in his hand. He opened the fetters and wait for me to sit down. I was like coming to the earth. I whined at bit, didn't feel my arms anymore. He took the food out and made the table for me while I was still working out to make my blood flow as normal.
"Are you not afraid that I will do something while I'm free?" – My voice sounded fairly contemptuous.
I didn't intend to use that tone though.
"Come and eat up! I will feed you!" – He said calmly, ignored my words.
"No need! I can do it myself. Thanks! What about my school? I want to go to school!" – I spoke without looking at him. I was too hungry to do anything else.
"I don't think you can go back!" – He hesitated to say so.
"Why?" – Retorted me. "Where is Julia? You guys are on the same boat?" – I looked up – my was still unchanged – unemotional and really relaxing.
"Ally! I believe that you didn't do that last night!" – Jason put his hands over his face then looked at me tiredly. "It wasn't my choice! My Father arrests you, not me! He...He will kill you on Halloween!" – He stammered.
