Loki kept his guard, every gesture, every stranger moving, he'd worry it was a guard coming to take him away. "Hey, what's wrong?" Tony asked as he gently snaked his hand around Loki's waits. Loki's face began to burn. "N-nothing." Loki lied. "Well then," Tony moved Loki closer. "I guess I'll have to hold you closer if you're going to be so skittish." Loki's thigh was brushing against Tony's thigh.
---
As it became later, the bar had seemed to die down, calming some of Loki's nerves. "Well I say it's about time we go, don't you?" Tony said reading his wrist watch. Loki nodded. "Yes, we should go." Tony paid for the drinks before leaving. They walked outside to the city surrounding them with tall buildings and skyscrapers. The buildings and city lights glowed a beautiful amber color. "It's so beautiful." Loki whispered. The city was lively with lights shining. "I know isn't it?" Tony smiled looking at the city.
Loki shivered. "Are you cold?" Tony questioned. "A little." Loki said rubbing his arms for warmth. Tony took off his grey jacket and lay it on Loki's shoulders. Loki's cheeks burned. "Thank you, Anthony." He smiled at Tony. Tony just smiled. He took Loki's hand in his, but Loki intertwined their fingers.
They stopped at Thor's room. "I had a wonderful night." Loki said, resting his head on Tony's chest. Tony smiled. "I did too. Do this again?" Loki looked up into Tony's eyes, they seemed to sparkle with delight. "I'd love to, Anthony." The space between Loki and Tony appeared to close, and then their lips finally met. It was a short kiss, but meaningful. "Goodnight, Jade." Tony said with a smirk. "Goodnight, Tony." Loki said as he opened the door.
The door slammed behind him. "I must be intoxicated." Loki's voice became deeper. He flopped onto the couch next to Thor. "How'd it go?" Thor asked talking to the real Loki. "I kissed Tony." "What?!" Thor screamed. "I think I'm intoxicated from all of the Tequila, it was a drunken kiss." Loki slightly slurred.
There was a few minutes of silence before Loki spoke. "How much longer do I have to keep up this act?" He whined. Thor shook his head. "I don't know, give me a few days to figure something out." Loki groaned at his brothers words.
---
Thor walked out of his room, and past the bathroom, but ran back to the bathroom door. Loki sat on the floor, his head and arm resting on the toilet seat. "I still taste tequila." Loki gaged. "Oh, Loki ..." Thor leaned against the doorway. "Shut up, you oaf." Loki growled before hurling once again. Thor pulled his hair back. "Thanks." Loki muttered. He stood up, flushing the toilet.
There was knock on the door, Loki snapped his fingers. His clothes didn't change, a baggy grey shirt with green basketball shorts and his now longer hair was still messy, but he was now
Jade. "I got it." Loki muttered. Thor sat down on the couch and turned on the tv. Loki opened the door. Tony stood in the doorway, a smile on his face. "Tony." Loki said looking up into Tony's eyes. "Hey, sunshine. What are you up to?" Tony smiled, leaning against the doorway. Loki gave him an annoyed look. "I was going to make myself a cup of tea in the kitchen.""Why don't I walk you down?" Loki held his hand up in the air. "Tony, I can do it mysel-" Tony cut of Loki. "No, I insist." Tony held out his hand. Loki hesitated, and then reluctantly took Tony's hand in his. It'll all be over soon... Loki thought. They walked into the elevator, as the doors closed, Tony wrapped his hands around Loki's waist. "Woah, easy there, tiger." Loki said as he moved Tony's hands off his back. "Not past the equator." Loki said shaking his head.
The elevator doors opened, Loki walked out, but Tony followed. Loki stormed into the kitchen. "Good morning, Jade." Steve said looking up from his newspaper. Afterward, he took a sip of coffee. Loki's face relaxed. "Good morning, Captain." Steve giggled. "Please, call me Steve." Loki giggled. "Okay." Loki made his cup of tea. He looked to his right, there stood Tony. Loki cursed to himself, as he sat across from Steve. "Something wrong, sunshine?" Tony purred from the doorway. "Just a headache." Loki mumbled. "Leave the poor girl alone, Tony." Steve sighed. "This 'poor girl' happens to be my girlfriend." Tony said sitting next to Loki. Loki growled to himself.
---
Loki sat on the couch, grumpily drinking his cup of warm tea. Loki heard the door open, causing him to jump. He quickly turned into Jade, and sat up straight. "It's alright, it's just me." Thor said. Loki sighed, and turned back into himself. "Tony wants you to go up to his floor for dinner and a date around eight." Loki growled. "I can't take this anymore! Him wrapping his arms around me! The kissing! I can't take it!!" Loki screamed. Thor grabbed Loki's shoulders. "Brother, I promise, tonight and then it's over." Loki looked up at his brother. His eyes were sad, even sadder than usual. He sighed. "Just one more night." He told himself.
---
"How do I look?" Loki asked. Thor looked up. Jade was wearing a sleeveless black dress made from silk. His black hair was down and wavy as usual. "Stunning." Thor said. Loki sighed. "I should be on my way then." Loki left for the top floor. He arrived at the elevator, and entered.
The elevator doors opened, and Loki walked on out. Loki arrived on the top floor, it was much larger than it looked from the outside, and the lights were dimmed. The whole floor was quiet. "Hello?" 'Jade' called out. "Hey, doll." Tony purred. Tony wrapped his arms around Loki. "I was thinking tonight could be a special night." Tony growled huskily. Loki's cheeks flushed. Tony pushed Loki onto the couch, and pinned him down. Tony connected his lips with 'Jade's', however, Loki did not kiss back.
Loki kicked Tony off of himself. Tony fell with a thud. "Sunshine," Tony spoke. "What's wrong?" 'Jade's' eyes turned back to Loki's normal blue color. "You want to know what's wrong?" Loki's voice was sounding lower pitched. "I can't take it anymore! I am tired of being who I'm not!" Loki yelled. Loki was back to normal, his black hair slicked back, his black leathery outfit was back, and his eyes looking furious. "Loki?!" Tony yelled. "I thought you were in prison!"
"My oafish father's prison is no match for me." Loki growled. "Now goodbye, Anthony!" And in the blink of an eye Loki was gone.
Tony felt his stomach churn with depression. Had that really just happened? Tony's eyes began to burn with bitter tears. "It was all a lie." And Tony didn't know why, but seeing Loki made butterflies flutter inside of him, but it wasn't fear. He just didn't know...
