Loki lay on his back, as he stared at the ceiling. He had his hands placed on his stomach, as he felt each kick from the child inside of him.

"I know love," he sighed. "I miss Daddy and Peter too." Loki bit his lip, as a large tear ran down his face.

That afternoon, Frigga came into Loki's room. Loki sat with his back facing the door.

"Why don't you change your shirt, Loki?" Frigga suggested, as she lay a pile of neat clothing in front of her son.

But Loki refused. "No," he protested. "No."

"Why do you take pride in that shirt, Loki?" Frigga looked at the shirt with Midgardian writing on it. "It's hideous." She murmured, but Loki overheard.

He grew an angered expression. "It's Anthony's," he growled. "This is the only thing I have of to remind me of my family because may I remind you that you were the ones to take me from my home!" He crossed his arms across the Black Sabbath tee shirt.

Loki glared at the ground, as he pulled his robe off of his bed. He stood up, as he placed the soft material on his shoulders. He walked over to the large glass doors that lead out to the balcony.

Loki's back faced Frigga. "If you're not going to kill me now, then please, give me something to entertain myself."

Frigga nodded, and she left the room silently to find something for Loki's entertainment.

As soon as the large wooden doors had closed, Loki pulled out the picture of his family. He missed them. He wanted to go home and hold them all in his arms, and tell them how much he loved and needed them.

The door opened, and Loki quickly shoved the picture back into the pocket of the robe. He turned around only to see Thor. He carried a tray with food, and knitting items.

"You don't have to come visit me so often." Loki said, but really he liked the company.

Thor placed the food down on a small table, along with the knitting items. "I'm trying to hold off time for you. If I don't come and visit as often as I do, they would take you to the dungeon, and kill you." Thor spoke.

Loki stared at him, and he noticed. "Eat. You must be starved." Thor commented.

Loki picked up the bowl of porridge and began to eat. Thor was right, he was extremely famished.

"Thank you," Loki said quietly, as he continued to eat.

Thor only smiled, as he stared down at his lap.

"Okay everybody," Tony stood on a table in his lab. "We've got a deadline to meet, and if we wanna meet it we gotta work!" He shouted enthusiastically.

"Now," Tony jumped down from the table. "I think if we all work together, we'll be able to finish this, and bring Loki and the baby home safely!" He clapped his hands.

"Papa," Peter ran over to Tony. "What can I do?" He asked kindly.

Tony knelt down to Peter's height. "You see that paper on my desk?" He pointed, and Peter nodded. "Can you draw Daddy some welcome home pictures? He's really gonna need them." Tony smiled through the sadness.

Peter nodded, as he went over to Tony's desk. He climbed into the chair, and had begun to draw on the clean paper with bright markers and crayons.

"Okay everyone, I have to go grab some supplies, I will be back in a few minutes. Start following the blueprints, and Dr. Banner will help until I get back." Tony said with a smile.

Everyone got to work. Tony ran upstairs. He walked outside onto the balcony, it was June by now. Loki was sixth months pregnant, and Tony wasn't by his side. He rubbed his eyes from tears.

His phone suddenly buzzed from his back pocket. It was a message from Thor.

How is progress coming along?

Tony typed back quickly. It's good. How's Loki?

It took Thor awhile to respond. He is fine, he just fell asleep, but I overheard my father speaking to the guards about Loki's fate.

Tears threatened to spill from Tony's eyes. Did they say what they're going to do to him and when?! Tony typed furiously.

No. I'm not leaving his side. As long as I am in here they wouldn't dare to step foot into the room. Thor responded.

After Tony placed his phone back into his pocket, he leaned against the glass railing. He put his head in his hands. Tears slid down his cheeks. His shoulders bounced with every quiet sob that escaped him.

Someone placed a hand on Tony's shoulder, causing him to jump. Tony turned around quickly. Steve stood above him, and looked at him in pity.

"We're all working to get Loki back. I know you miss him. We all miss him, but..." Steve blinked away. "We just have to be strong."

Tony stared at Steve's face for a few seconds. Then his face contorted in pain and sadness. Tears ran down Tony's face, as Steve pulled Tony into a hug.

"I know, Tony. It's not easy to miss someone who's far." Steve said through tears.

He remembered when Bucky had fallen off of the train. Steve thought he was dead, and then Bucky returned, but he wasn't the same. Nights of waking up form Bucky's night terrors, helping him through it.

Steve hugged Tony tightly, and Tony hugged back. "We will get him back I promise."
