Phone vibrates

After 10 seconds.

It stopped.

Again vibrated.

And again.

Rain woke up from it.
Without looking or waiting for who called.

"Mung it's Sunday let me sleep" Rain said annoyed.

"Who is mung young men?!" Mae's mad voice woke up Rain's whole being.

"Mae. I'm sorry na." Rain said.

"It's been three weeks since Phayu left. And we hadn't heard from you." Good thing Phayu sometimes call us. And we ask Saidah about you!" Mae said mad.

"Why aren't you asking me why ask them?" Rain said sulking.

"Don't you sulk at me. Your our son and you ought to tell us some news or no new going on." Mae's voice is still mad

"I'm sorry na Mae." Rain said.

"Okay I'm coming home na wait for me na." Rain said.

Mae is still talking but he hung the call and went to take a quick bath.

Get into his usual Sunday clothes. Grabbed his body bag phone, wallet keys and an extra power bank.
Put his shoes on.
Lock the house and get in his car.

Sent a voice message to p' Saifah.
"P' can't come to the garage na. I need to go home "

Sent a text to Phayu.
"Daddy I'm going to my parents house now."

Put the phone in the bag and drive.
It took him 45 minutes because of the slow traffic flow.

"Mae. Por!" He shouts.
When he gets down from his car.

His parents are waiting for him in the living room. Sitting together on the sofa.

He rushed towards them. And when he reached near them. He fell on his knees and faced down to the carpet.

"I'm sorry na" he said three times then bowed face down to the carpet. Every time he said sorry.

"Come and hug us" Por said.

Mae wiped his face then hugged him.
"I missed you so much" he said dearly.
His Pie did the same.

"Let's go to the temple." Por said.

It's their Sunday family time ritual to go to the temple and pay some Merritt. Offer prayers then go to parks, or malls, to have fun or watch movies. And their snack time or meal time they talk about everything, about their week.

Rain updated his parents his studies, the Hazing, his friends and the strictness of p' Saifah.
He also poured out his deep longinness to see his P' Phayu again.
And he had nothing to doon Saturdays he went to help in the garage. Either cook for the staff or help in the office.

His parents now understand why he keeps himself busy. Missing his beloved.

"We are always waiting for you to come home to us. Like your longing for Phayu." Por said.

Rain again hugs his parents.

"Okay I'll come home sometime na." Rain said.

"Of course we are family. You're our son." Mae said with tears.

Rain wiped his mother's tears and kisses he checks.

He almost forgot about them.

"Family will always be family. Our blood and genes can't deny that " Por said.
