It's 3 minutes to 8 and I'm sat here wondering  where the hell Sam is. Surely he couldn't have stood me up? Well, possibly.

*DING DONG*

A confused look spreads across my face as the sound of the doorbell rings throughout the house. Who would be calling at this time of night?

Walking down the stairs from the bedroom to answer the door, my mind starts to run around in circles trying to figure out who it might be.

I hesitate to open the door at first but then slowly pull the handle down to reveal....Sam?

"Sam, why didn't you use the key?" I question trying not to sound disappointed as it was only him at the door.
"Trying to be a old romantic you see" he chirps with a giddy tone to his voice.
I just smile and shake my head as if to say 'okay, let's go. We're going to be late and I'm hungry'.

Is it me being the bad one now?

I hook my arm through his and proceed to walk out of the apartment. May I say, Sam was look fine. Dressed in a black tuxedo with a white shirt and a red rose as the button hole....I wish I saw this side of Sam a lot more often.

Walking out of the apartment building, I start to call a cab to take us to Bella's.

"What are you doing?" Sam questions.
"Calling a cab" I sad whilst scrolling through my contacts trying to find the cab company.
"I don't think sooooo" he smiled whilst waving a pair of car keys in my face.
"Sam? What are those?" I grinned.
"Car keys obviously...I'm just playing with you! They are YOUR new car keys!" Sam said whilst engulfing me in his arms.

I just stand there shocked as anything. Did Sam really just buy me a brand new car? Am I dreaming? Somebody pinch me.

"Yes I did just buy you a new car, no you are not dreaming and why would I pinch you?" He smiles whilst holding my face and planting a small kiss on my lips.

I check my watch and see that its 20:16 and realise that it is time we should get going otherwise we are not going to get any food and come on...that's everyones main priority!

I'm the happiest I have felt in a long time. But I am also shocked at Sam's level of generosity. Maybe a new and permanent side of same is come out?

Hopping into my brand new Porsche 918 Spyder, I am feeling blessed! Just hearing the engine rev up makes a thrill run throughout my body.

After a short, in this car anyway, 15 minute ride to the restaurant, we step out of my new motor linking arms in the process.

Even though what I am wearing is extremely nice, walking into the restaurant and seeing the decor makes me immediately feel under-dressed.

We are shown to our table by a lovely and welcoming waitress named Susie who then gave us menus each to choose what delicious food we wish to indulge in tonight.

"So many choices...." I trail off while Sam gazes back at me with a wide grin on his face.
"What are you smiling about?" I asked him whilst having an enormous grin on my face.
"It's just, we haven't been out for ages and it's so nice that we finally have some time to ourselves. I know I haven't been the best boyfriend but I honestly do want to change, you deserve the best baby girl" Sam lovingly spills his heart out onto the table, while holding my hand across the table.

I start to well up at the thought of me and Sam having a future together that I might actually enjoy....could this really happen

Throughout dinner, we talk about many different things....the latest gossip, our careers, our future together....

After the 5* quality food we had just ate, we decided to go for a walk around the city seeing as it's night time and everywhere is lit up and looking stunning.

We walk side by side with our hands entwined together as if nothing had ever gone wrong before but little did everyone else know that our relationship hadn't exactly always been "goals".

Sam and I decide to sit on a bench in the middle of a park whilst gazing up at the sky to watch a tremendous firework display. With my head rested on his shoulder, I hear something from Sam that I haven't heard in forever.

"I love you Alexa"

Question of the chapter - dream car? Mine is the Porsche 918 Spyder but me getting that has less possibility than Kanye becoming president😂😂
