Part 3: Patient 6998

Hi this is Glenn timithy0 here. I am glad that to see someone read my story. Right now i am working on a new story but i am still thinking how the story goes... otherwise the story won't be fun for me to create. And this new story main character will be a girl. So thats it i am just giving you guys an update. Probably you guys can check it if you like when i published it. Of course this story is still a begining so i won't stop until it's done. And If my writing is still bad. I am really sorry.

Patient 6998.... that name came acrossed my mind every night. It's been 4 years since i escaped from that hell. The girl who knows there will be an explosions or maybe she's responsible for that explosions. I never even know what her face looked like. If only i didn't escape that time. I will never met my friends. But still... i still don't have any reason to live.

The four of us kept trying to survive. We know if we stayed in one point, we will be captured. Thats why we never have the time to find money. We used our powers to find a food. If we're nearby the ocean, we will find a fish. If we're nearby the forest, we will find an animal. We were always one step ahead from the scientist.

Right now we are in the middle of a city called 'sky center'. "It's really hard to find other patients." said amrun. "The world is bigger than you know." Said tim. "Yeah but it's already 2 years since we meet amrun and damien, can't we at least encountered one, plus we walked everyday." Said tina. "I wonder if other patient was already captured." I said. "I hope not." Said tim. We walked until we have no idea where we are. "Where are we?" I asked. "Are we lost brother?" Said tina. Sudenly there is a girl who's carrying a schyte, standing behind us. "Who are you?!? How did you get here?!?" Asked the girl. "Sorry we're lost and we have no idea where we are." said tim. "Brother, she is a patient.. i think..." said tina. The girl look suprised at us and giving us a death glare after tina told us about her identity. "Are you with the scientist?!?" The girl yelled at us. "I am sorry but i have no choice but to kill you here." Said the girl. By the time we know it she already cut me with her schyte. After i healed my wounds i quickly try to stop her schyte from swinging it to my friends. "What?!? I've killed you already!!" Said the girl. Her speed is definetly at a different level but even withe her speed it's still not enough to kill me. "Tell me why do we have to kill each other since we're both a patient?" I asked. "Hmph.. you don't fool me." Said the girl. "What do you mean?" I asked. I remembered that amrun can't control himself, when he was once have a collar on his neck. So i figured that if i show my neck i can convince her that we're on the same side since we used a coat and a hood to cover our face from being seen by scientists. "See we are not enemy." I said as i opened my coat. She lowed her schyte, "i am sorry that i have attacked all of you." Said the girl as she lower her head begging for forgiveness. "We had an experience of being attacked by a patient with a collar. We tried to save the patient, but when we do... our comrades ended up dead. So we can't take another risk." Said the girl. "I see... believe it or not amrun was once being controlled by that collar too." I said. "You saved him!? By yourself?!" She was suprised. I figured if you are not like me, than it will be hard to save him. Besides I was shot by his gun lots of time. If i don't have a healing powers i would've been dead. "Yeah i did..." i said. "Please come with me. I need your help." She said. "But before that can i ask your patient name?" Asked the girl. "I am patient 17704." Said amrun. "We're both only injected with superhuman powers, so we are not a patient." Said tim mentioning about him and his sister. "I am patient zero." I said. "You are patient zero?" Asked the girl. "Do you remember me? i'm the girl who said there will be an explosions." Said the girl. "Than you must be patient 6998." I said. "Yes, But that was my name long ago. Now my name is Asuka." Said the girl. "Well my name is amrun." Said amrun. "My name is Tim and this is my sister is Tina." Said tim. "My name is Damien." I said. "Well nice to meet you all." Said asuka.

"Alright than come with me."said asuka. As we followed her until dead end asuka stoped walking, it look like there is a secret entrance behind the crates. "Where are you taking us? I asked. "You'll see." Said asuka. As we entered a room we found a huge guy in there. "This is our leader." Said asuka. "Welcome to the 'exile' we are a group of a people who fights the governent. When we heard the scientist tried to experiment the children we took action and saved every children we can get. 30% of the patient were already saved by us. O my apologies, i am Gordon the leader of this faction." Said gordon. "I see, so you are the one who's making those explosions." I said. "Yes thats right. We need your help to win this war. Will you join us?" Asked gordon. "Don't worry i won't force you to fight them, you can at least work here and get enough food everyday." Said gordon. "I can help you fight them" said amrun. "Sorry but my power is useless when it comes to fighting. I only have a good eyes." Said tim. "Me too, but i can help you with medication." Said tina. "Hooo you can't fight but your power is indeed fascinating. How about you?" Asked gordon. "I will help you with your war. I don't have any reason to do anything either." I said. "Thank you for your cooperation. Asuka show them their room" said gordon. "Don't worry the scientist can't track you by the time you arrived at the sky center city." Said gordon. "Come i will show you your room." Said asuka. As we arrived on our room, There were five beds there. It looks like we're in the same room as asuka. "You must be tired, lets all sleep for now." Said asuka.

When everyone was taking a bath, i asked to asuka, "have you been in this faction since you were a patient?" i asked. "No" said asuka. "Than how do you know there will be an explosion? I asked. "Sometimes i can see the future depending on my luck." Said asuka. "That make sense. But... Why does the scientist can't track us?" I asked. "There's a magnetic field that destroyed all of the trackers inside each patient body. The scientist can no longer track every patient who entered the sky center." Said asuka. "Ok than last question, how do you know where my cell was 4 years ago? And why did you pick me?" I asked again. "I... saw you getting tortured by the scientist in my vision. I.. can't stand it. That is why i picked you because if i don't, your last experiment would've killed you." Said asuka. "... thanks for trying to help me, but now things have changed. And now i owe you my life." I said. Asuka smiled on me. All i know is that hope does exist. All i know is that i have a good friends. And now i have a place that i can finally call a home. Everything except my reason to live.
