Part 17: Journey

At the helicopter...

"Hey alisa... who's damien?" Asked natalie. "No idea, but tina knows who he is. Right tina?" Asked alisa. "Yup. He's a great guy who cares about his friends. Me and my brother have been saved by damien. So... we owe him a lot." Said tina. "Master... do you like him?" Asked owen. "Yeah i do... just not the same feelings that you felt towards me though." Said tina. "Good. Because if you like him, i will have to exterminate him." Said owen. "Now... now... you can't kill him." Said tina. "If you say so master." Said owen. "No... you literally can't kill him. You might be the strongest in 'exile', But that alone won't be enough." Said tina. "What do you mean?" Asked alisa. "He's immortal... that's what makes him stay alive. He suffered a lot after loosing someone dear to us." Said tina. "Immortal? Did someone precious to him died before me and natalie joined exile?" Asked alisa. "Well that's in the past. I'm sorry... i don't feel like i want to tell you what happened in the past." Said tina with a sad face. "O... sorry..." said alisa. "It's fine... i'll tell you when i felt like it." Said tina. "Okay..." said alisa.

At the Junk City...

"I think it's time to go... thanks for everything jessica." I said. "Sorry if i don't know your sister's name." Said jessica. "Well you said we were able to sense each other if we're close. And we're going to meet each other someday." I said. "Yes, you right. You'll know it once you felt it." Said jessica. "By the way... does she even know about her past?" I asked. "No... if she knew your existance, i'm sure she will try to find you." Said jessica. "I see..." I said with a sad face. "Well i'm sure she will try to kill you over and over. She will freak out for sure. Do you still want to saver her knowing that?" Asked jessica. "I'm not planning for her to understand me. If she want to hate me, i don't blame her. I took away our future. Being born is already become my sin. That's why the only thing i can do is to save her." I said. "That means you'll just suffer more..." said jessica. "I'm sure the pain i'm carrying is nothing to my sister. I'm not going to let my sister suffer anymore. But to do that i need power." I said. "Then... go get her damien..." said jessica. "Right! Let's go yuka! Thankyou for everything jessica. I will fulfill my promise one day." I said. "Hahaha...! I won't forget your promise." Said jessica. "Okay... time to go to the south. C'mon yuka." I said. "Wait Damien!" Shout jessica. "Hmm..? What is it?" I asked. "Remember... 'don't let the darkness consume you no matter what happened' okay?" Said jessica. "Huh? What do you mean?" I asked. "Just do what i said and you'll be fine..." said jessica. "Ummm... okay..." i said as i start my journey to the south. "Hey yuka... are you sure you want to come with me?" I asked. "Yeah! It's going to be fun!" Said yuka. "Alright then..." i said. I didn't want her to be in danger. Should i just let her come with me?

As i kept walking and finally manage to get out from junk city. I saw the huge crack that i made two days ago. I hope no one gets hurt when i splitted the country into two. But of course that's impossible. When we walked we heard a helicopter coming toward us. I told yuka to hide herself, it might be the governent. The helicopter landed in front of me. It's... tina?!? "Damien!" Shout tina as she ran towards me and hugged me. "Wha-- Tina?" I asked. "Are you okay damien? I'm sorry for what happened..." Said tina. "It's okay, i'm alright. I'm sorry... i wasn't able to protect asuka and the others." I said. "It's not your fault damien... it never was..." as she cried and gave me a warm smile. "Thanks tina..." i said as i hugged her back. "Where are you going damien?" I asked. "I'm heading to the 'great mountains'. I'm training there." I said. "Great mountains? I never heard of them." Said tina. "Damien?" Asked yuka. "O... yuka. Sorry i forgot... this is yuka." I said. "O... yuka is it? How did you guys meet each other?" Asked tina. "I'd rather not to talk about it." I said. "Master... is this damien? The man you were talking about?" Asked a red haired guy. "Hmmm? Is he new?" I asked. "Yes... his name is owen. Don't asked me why he was calling me a master." Said tina. "But master... he's not a human..." said owen. "That's rude owen." Said tina. "No... he's right. I'm not a human." I said. "What? Then what are you?" Asked tina. "I don't know, It's a long story. You can ask jessica about it." I said. "Who's jessica?" Asked tina. "A fortune teller who told me what i am and where i came from. Here's her adress." I said as i gave tina a piece of paper. "Alright we'll visit her." Said tina.

"Hmm?" I looked into a white haired girl. I think i met her before. "Y.. you're damien? Do you remembered me?" Asked alisa. "Yeah i think i did. I just don't remember exactly when..." i said. I know i met her somewhere, i can't remember. "You saved me from those gangsters remember? Not just me... but my friends as well." Said the white haired girl. "O... it's you... i was about to say thankyou, but you just walked away." Said the long purple haired girl. "Sorry we haven't introduced ourselves yet since we met. I'm alisa and she's natalie." Said alisa. "O... you're the girl with a weird power." I said. "Ahahaha.... is that the only thing that you remembered about me?" Said alisa with irritating voice. "Well... i remembered your white hair. Is that count?" I said. "Hey! I was born with this hair to begin with. It's not my fault that my hair make me looked like i'm already old." Said alisa. "Is that what people think? I think it looks beautiful." I said. "Wha--!!! Hmph!! I let it slide for now!!" Shout alisa as her face turned red. "Could you guys take yuka with you? It's not save if she's with me." I said. "No! I want to be with you damien." Said yuka. "Yeah... i see no problem at all when she's with you." Said tina. "I have a bounty on my head. I'm sure a lot of bounty hunters will come hunt me down. I can never die, but she can." I said. "You have a bounty? Well... he's right. Natalie what do you think?" Said alisa. "Yuka... you will only endanger yourself. You should come with us." Said natalie. "But... i can protect damien." Said yuka. "Don't be stupid, kid. You don't even have the power to protect yourself and now you want to protect someone?" Said owen. "Owen! She's just a kid!" Said tina. "And so are you master!" Shout owen. Well he does seemed a bit older than us. "I'm sorry damien..." said yuka with a sad face. "Don't worry about it... we will meet up again someday. Until then... get stronger okay?" I said as i pat her head. "Yes!!" Said yuka with a happy face. "Okay let's go to the junk city first. Damien... be safe." Said tina. "Yeah..." i said as everyone went into the helicopter again. "Hey owen! Thanks..." i said. "Hmph... i only helped you because you're a good friend of my master." Said owen as he left. "I'll see you again yuka!" I shout. "Yeah!!!" Shout yuka from the helicopter. Well... i guess i'm alone again. Just wait for me sis. I will save you...
