"Thank you everyone for joining us today in showing off our beautiful sea lions!" Niki bowed towards the full crowd. People all sitting shoulder to shoulder just to see sea lions interact with each other and a boy explain random facts about them. Sea lions have sort of become a trend so the influx of people is no surprise really.

In the crowd sat a friend group five. They're here not only for the sea lions but because Niki happens to be the boyfriend of one of their friends. He actually was the one who got them all five their free tickets. Though it's unknown how he did it. When working a zoo event, you're allowed to give out four free tickets. But there are five of them. How he got the last ticket, who knows, but they're all here anyway.

"Niki told me that a couple employees got fired for mistreating some of the animals so now they're short staffed. Which is why I've been telling you about him working with the lions and tigers instead of the water animals. Niki has said one of his coworkers/friends has been put on sea lion and penguin duty as they've been listening to him the most during training." Sunoo whispered to his friends who all seemed surprised. For as long as Niki has been Sunoo's boyfriend, he's been working with the sea animals.

"Oh wow, does he know why?" Heeseung asked and the others also wondered. The animals always see Niki, why wouldn't they listen to him?

"Nobody really knows why since the animals can't talk. But the inside joke is because he's a really cute guy." Sunoo smirked and looked over at Niki who was talking about the small habits of each seal while petting one.

"Is he?" Jake asked, as one of the guys in their group who is single and wouldn't mind a cute boyfriend who works with animals.

"I don't know. I've never met him. Niki did say the seals feeding time actually overlaps with this event so we'll probably see him." Sunoo gave Jake a look who rolled his eyes at him.

"Alright everyone. You all got pretty lucky with this events time. The morning and evening ones will not get to see the seals get fed, but you all do!" Niki announced as he shooed a seal away. It was clearly aware lunch was around the corner.

"Not to mention, our seals really like their feeder today so we'll be able to show you some tricks." Niki gestured to the steel door that opened. Out came a very attractive boy who had a metal bucket and waved with a shy smile.

"Here is Sunghoon, he's got a mic but he's shy." Niki laughed as Sunghoon clearly glared at him. Though it didn't last long since all the seals rushed towards him. Making their excited noises as Sunghoon tried to calm them down.

"You see them all clinging to him and you probably assume it's because he's got their food. But once he's given it all out, you'll see they love him for a different reason." The crowd laughed and Sunghoon went through his routine.

The young seals have lots of energy so they're willing to do tricks for their food. Sunghoon had a couple jump off of rocks and into water for their fish. Mostly high energy tricks. But for the middle aged ones he had some of them do spins or shake his hand. The crowd loved all of it. And for the few elderly seals, he gives them their food for patiently waiting.

"As you can see, they'll do just about any command Sunghoon wants them to do." Niki rubbed a seals back that wanted praise for its tricks from earlier.

"But as you can see. There is one left, Jerry. He's already been given his food but he's got a routine after lunch." Niki laughed to himself as he walked towards the back of the seals area. "Jerry here likes to dance. But he's only got one dance partner, that's Sunghoon." Niki turned on a BTS song and the seal immediately started moving. Jerry flapped his fins around and circled around Sunghoon, making happy noises the entire time.

Jake couldn't blame the animal. If he got the same smile from Sunghoon for doing a goofy dance after lunch, he'd make it a routine too.

"We don't really know why he only likes to dance around Sunghoon or why all of them listen best to him. But we like to say it's because of his looks. Anyway, Sunghoon knows their personalities best so I'll have him take it away for now." Niki sat down on a rock and a certain seal came right over and laid its head on his legs.

"Now you've heard of their bias towards me but there is one seal I can't seem to win over. It happens to be Lucy, the seal lying with Niki right now." Sunghoon spoke into his mic, slightly fixing it on his face. He pointed over at the head over heels in love seal.

"She's quite relaxed. As are most seals around her age. She's not old but she's not middle aged either. She's become too tired to do tricks anymore and so she spends most of her time laid down and yelling at younger seals." Sunghoon also went over and petted her for a little bit.

"She does have a son. Sadly his father died last year due to old age." Sunghoon got up and looked around for the young seal boy.

"There he is. The one that keeps looking at all of you through the glass underwater." Sunghoon pointed at the very distinct seal boy. "He's quite active as he's still considered young. And his best friend, probably future mate, is this girl right here. She's relaxed right now because she just had lunch. But otherwise she is always following him around and getting into the same trouble."

People cooed at the cute story. Sunghoon had plenty of more. It was surpising how different all of their personalities were. At the beginning they all looked the same but now knowing their names and behaviors, they all look so different.

"Alright, I hope you enjoyed getting to know our seals. We've got a couple of minutes left but George will be leaving with Sunghoon for a small checkup. He's gotten old so we have to make sure he stays the right weight." Niki waved bye to the seal next to Sunghoon, the seal waved back and everyone laughed. They certainly weren't expecting that.

It was so cute watching Sunghoon talk to the seal as he waked it to a small door. It waddled along right next to him so willingly. It entered the door but peeked its head out when Sunghoon didn't enter through the same way. But only slightly you could hear Sunghoon yell for the lion and it quickly left again. It was adorable.

Soon enough the event was over. The five stayed where they were as Niki told them he'd meet up with them after the event. After the crowd cleared out, Sunghoon brought back out George and Niki came with. He figured why not introduce them to Sunghoon, his favorite coworker.

"Hey guys, this is Sunghoon. Sunghoon these are my friends I was telling you about." Niki gestured to the group just barely below them.

"Oh hi!" Sunghoon waved and smiled at all of them. Jake was going to pass out, or become Jerry.

"Ki, how'd you get that last ticket?" Sunoo asked as he pulled out his phone with a picture of all of their tickets. Four of them were blue and one was purple. All of them said 'EMPLOYEE APPROVED' and stated the same event. It was just the colour that was different.

"Oh that's thanks to Sunghoon. My manager wouldn't let me get five free tickets and so I tried to convince him. Sunghoon overheard and offered to do the last ticket for me. All free employee tickets have colours dedicated to said employee that bought it. Mine is blue and Sunghoons is purple. I chose Jake for no real reason honestly." Sunghoon nodded along with Niki before he had a realization.

"Oh! That's why Kelly thought I had a boyfriend?!" Sunghoon shoved Niki who laughed hysterically.

"Kelly is the girl at the front who probably checked you in." Niki explained to the lost group of friends.

"That's why she looked at you all smug!" Jungwon clapped his hands.

"Yeah Kelly must've been the one because the girl who scanned his ticket smirked and laughed to herself after Jake was scanned in." Jay explained while Jake covered his face in embarrassment. At least he knows she wasn't making fun of him.

The friend group all laughed. They also forced Sunghoon to hang out with him. And while they were walking to a ramen shop, Sunghoon spoke to Jake.

"Sorry about all of that earlier." Sunghoon kept his head down and his hands together.

"It's not a problem. Especially if you'd go on a date with me?" Jake doesn't know where he got this confidence. Maybe Jerry took over him.

Sunghoon looked shocked but his expression quickly turned into a small smile. "I don't mind that."
