Back Story

(Trevor's P•O•V)

I walk into my classroom in the middle of a lesson. I look around and see the teacher and all the kids staring at me.
I walk up to the teacher in embarrassment.
"Yes." The teacher says
"Hi, I'm Trevor. It's my first day." I say quietly
"Hi, Trevor. I'm Mr. J I'm your homeroom teacher. Also you do realize that it's the second day of school right?" He says.
"Yes." I say quietly.
"Ok, well everyone welcome our newest student Trevor, and please treat him with the same respect that you guys treat your friends. Trevor, welcome to the 5th grade! So, take a seat wherever you want." Mr. J says.
"Ok." I mumble.

I look around the room and see a really pretty girl with dark brown hair in a bun and hazel eyes. She's sitting next to 2 other girls gossiping and giggling. I walk over to them and say
"May I?" I ask the 2 girls next to the pretty one.
"Ew... no this is our table." The girl with the dark skin and black hair says.
"Oh... sor-"
"No it's fine you can sit here." The girl says cutting me off looking at the 2 girls with a "you better not say anything or I'll fucking kill you" face.
"Thanks." I say sitting down across from her.
"It's fine." She says.
"I'm Trevor." I say.
"I'm Leanna, but call me Lee." She says smiling.

(8th Grade)

Lee asked me to meet her in the auditorium after school. I've had a crush on her forever and I was hoping that she would ask me out because I'm way too scared to do it myself. Since 5th grade I've had a crush on Lee and she has just liked us being friends. And I'm cool with that it's just... I really want to kiss her beautiful face!

When I walk into the auditorium I see Lee siting on the stage with a case in her hand.
"Hey!" I say walking over to her
"Hey!" She says trying to hide the case she was playing with.
"So, what did you want?" I ask.
"So, you know how we've been best friends for 3 years now?" She says
"Yeah." I say eagerly
"Well, I got us these!" She says opening the box.
The box contains 2 little rings with knots in the middle.
"It represents our friendship." She says putting hers on.
"Wow, Lee you didn't have to do this but... there amazing I'll wear it everyday!" I say hugging her and putting my ring on.
"Your welcome. It's just you were there when nobody else was. And plus were going into the 9th grade!" She says
We sit there in a non-awkward silents and then I get a little closer to her, then she gets closer until we're inches apart. I can basically feel her lips on mine. But then, the bell rings and everything ends.
