Luke's p.o.v

After I hear Michael's whisper I decide to go back to the lobby. Maybe I can just leave right now. I don't care what I'm labeled as anymore. Getting out of here is good enough for me. I only have a month till I graduate anyways. It won't be that bad.

When I get to the lobby I'm more confused than I've ever been. The door is gone. Where there was once a door, there is now a wall. Am I in the wrong room? No. I know for sure this is the right room. It has all the same furniture.

I walk up to were the door was and move my hands around the wall. This has to be someone playing a trick on me. The door is here somewhere. It can't just vanish like that. Maybe it's Michael doing this. It has to be. I nag on the wall,"Hello!" I call out a few more times.

"Hel-" "Can you stop yelling I'm trying to go to sleep." I hear a girl say. I quickly turn around with wide eyes and see the girl. She has brown, naughty hair. Her tired blue eyes stare back at mine. She's kind of dirty. She's in an old oversized night gown that stops right below her knees.

"Who are you?" She smiles lazily,"I'm Sasa. You?" "Luke." She leans against a wall across from me,"Well Luke why are you yelling and feeling the wall?"

"If you haven't noticed, the door is gone." I say in a 'duh' tone. She looks at me weirdly,"A door? There hasn't been a door there for decades." I start to realize, she must be like Michael. Whatever he is. And now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure her name was on the wall also.

"Wasn't your name on that wall?" I ask. She nods,"You noticed. Good job." "Um yea, I guess," I say awkwardly. She slides down the wall and rests her head on her hands. "Now you're probably wondering why it's on the wall. Maybe I'll explain it to you after you let me sleep for a little." I nod but remember she can't see me with her head in her hands. "Yea I will."

While she sleeps I sit in one of the old chairs. They're very uncomfortable. I can't imagine what it was like for visitors, they probably would sit in these chairs for hours. I sit there for a little till I get extremely uncomfortable and then stand the rest of the time.

She finally wakes up and looks up at me,"You stayed there the whole time?" I nod, it's not like I had anything better to do. Beside, I want to know why her name is one the wall.

"Why is your name on the wall?" She rubs her eyes and hesitates before answering,"I don't think I'm gonna tell you anymore." I glare at her,"You said you would tell me." "I said maybe. I decided not to. It'll be fun to watch you find out," she says while trying not to smile. She fails and this time I can see her teeth, which are pointed.

My mouth hangs open and I quickly leave the room. She walks after me and I hear her laughing. I look back to see how close she is but I don't see her anywhere. What? I still hear her behind me and laughing. I look forward while still walking and she isn't ahead of me either.

"You can try to get away from us all you want, it won't work. I make it through the hallway where I first saw Michael and make a turn at the end. I start running and I hear some more laughing. I don't hear the footsteps anymore so I start walking again. While I catch my breath she appears beside me and I jump.

"I'm going to sleep again, you can keep wandering around. Here's a tip though, if you find Ward C I would be careful. We all are."
