Lloyd x Depressed! Reader

"Hi Y/N. The guys want to know if you want to join us for lunch."smiles Nya.
You look up from your phone to reveal a small, fake smile.
"Sure."
"Great! Get ready, we're leaving in an hour."she calls walking back into the tea shop.
You were the Ninja of Light. You just joined the Ninja a few months ago. They were pretty hesitant at first. Them being in their own little group already made it hard for them to open up to new people. Nya was the complete opposite though, she was glad to have a fellow girl around. You and the others bonded quickly and you became an 'important' part of the group, quote Sensei Wu. You had your mind on someone else though, it was your teammate Lloyd Garmadon. He was the only person on your mind...if you don't count your classmates. Unlike the other Ninja you needed to go to school. The kids there weren't particularly the friendly type. They always made fun of you for the randomest things, like the way you walk to the way your hair is styled to your body shape. It was stupid! But, soon after the words sank deep into your skin. You only thought of the words they called you. Fat. Ugly. Dumbass. They really hurt. You sighed and walked over to your room. You slid off your uniform and stare at the slashes of red on your arms. Looking at your reflection made your mind flash at how far you've gone. You put on an f/c shirt, blue skinny jeans, black knee high converse shoes, and a black sweatshirt. You fixed up your hair into a ponytail and walked out the door. You saw the guys waiting in the living room for you.
"What's up Y/N! Oh, wait don't tell me. It's the sky!"laughs Jay grabbing his jacket.
"No, I'm fine Jay."you grunt walking out the door.
"Woah, who got her pissed?"asks Cole.
"Language Cole."states Zane.
"Guys, I'm not mad. Come on let's go, I'm starving!"you giggle.
You guys jump onto your elemental dragons and fly off. You all arrived at the restaurant and went to your table. You were all talking and having 'normal' conversations while you all were waiting for the waiter.
"Hey Y/N. Look what I got."chuckles Kai.
You turn to face him. He was holding your phone and smirked.
"What?!?! You can mess with me but not with my baby!"you playfully gasp.
You run to the other side of the table and tried grabbing it back. You stretched your hand to grab your phone while everyone was just having fun. But when you stretched your arm your sleeve pulled back slightly. Kai froze up at the sight of your cuts. You grabbed your phone and sat back on your chair. Silently in your mind you prayed that he didn't notice.
"Um...Lloyd, can I talk to you for a sec?"asks Kai standing up.
"Uh...sure why?"he asks following him .
You started freaking out. Did he see? Is he going to tell? You turned on your phone and clicked the ringtone button. Your ringtone filled the room surprising a few people. No one was calling, but you needed an excuse to leave.
"Hello? Yeah. Really? Yeah, I'll be there. Bye."you say to no one.
The guys look at you a bit confused.
"Who called you?"asks Zane.
"Um...Sensei needs me for something."you lie."Sorry, I need to go."
"It's okay Y/N."chuckles Cole."Duty calls."
You smile and walk out of the restaurant. You decided not to take your dragon. New Ninjago City was pretty gloomy showing signs of rain. Just as you turned the corner a roll of thunder filled the air. Rain drops slowly fell gradually turning into a storm. You started running using your jacket as a cover.
"Y/N!"
You turn around to see Lloyd. Tears started to crawl down your face and your heart sank. Lloyd ran over to you and pulled you into a hug.
"Why?"he asks.
The sorrow in his voice only made you suffer inside. He pulled away slightly, wiping away the tears.
"You're a beautiful girl. No one deserves this. Especially the person I love."
He leans in and his lips connect to yours. You were surprised. Someone actually likes you...Lloyd loves you. You kiss back and he pulls away smiling.
"You really love me?"you whisper playing with your shirt.
"Of course I do."
"Thank you Lloyd. I love you too."
The clouds clear away and the sun shown brightly at the two of you.
"Y/N, will you be my girlfriend?"he chuckles.
"YES!"you cheer kissing his cheek.
Your life was better with Lloyd around you. He cheered you up when no one else could and vice versa. You loved him with all your heart knowing that he felt the same, no matter what.
