I was working the nightshift. I had been working all day, really. And I went almost the entire day without seeing him, Oswald. But then again, almost. He came in at 1 AM, again. He whistled loudly, making me look over. There was no one else in the restaurant. Just us.

" Yes Oswald? "

" Coffee please. " he laughed as I poured it, and walked out of the kitchen, towards him.

" Here you are. " I gave him the coffee, he took it into his hands and took a sip.

" Good coffee. "

" Thanks, I guess. " I turned around and started walking back, but I didn't get far.

" Wait. " he sighed. I turned back around, staring at him. I sighed.

" I'm gonna guess you didn't tell me to leave yet? " he shook his head slowly and put down his coffee.

" You're good at your job. I want you to work for me. " I raised my eyebrows.

" You want me...to work at the club. Oswald's? "

" Yup! " he popped the p, smiling and grinning like a child. I had never been to the club. Even when it was run by Fish and not him. There were rumors that he killed her. And honestly, I believed them.

" Sorry, but no. " his smile faded into disgust and disappointment.

" Sure about that? It'd be...better for you. Shorter shifts, higher pay check. "

" I like working late. " I smiled. " I have-- " I frowned thinking on the subject, then turning around and walking into the kitchen. He chuckled.

" Don't leave me with a cliff hanger. What is it that you could possibly have? You're a pretty girl, you know. " I rolled my eyes as he followed me, and as I went back to washing the dishes.

" Aren't you gay? " he scoffed.

" I. Am. Bisexual. "

" I'm pretty sure you're gay. " I replied walking out of the kitchen and gathering dirty plates from other tables. He slammed his clenched fist upon one of the tables. You didn't hear it from me, but I wasn't too scared of him.

I enjoy messing with people of large egos.

" Lilly, my sexuality is not something for you to be curious of. Or something for you to poke at. " I laughed.

" Exactly. So whatever I have, is not something for you to be curious of. Or something to poke at. "

He scoffed again.
