Five Years Later...

Harry's P.O.V

"No daddy, that's mine..." I glance to my left and see Hayley looking up at me. I smile at her which she returns without thinking about how I just stole her cookie. I go to pick her up but she squeaks and runs away yelling "Becca...Becca...Becca..." through the house which makes me run my hands through my hair in frustration. Glancing at the clock in the kitchen I calm myself down. 'Okay Harry breathe, Taylor will be home in half an hour.' I glance around the sparkling kitchen and sit down at the table heavily. Throwing my head down onto my folded arms I attempt to block out the screaming that I heard when Becca obviously rejects the idea of sharing with Hayley. I sit back and start to cast back to the first few years that we had the girls. Life was so quiet. Hayley was such a good baby and Becca the perfect big sister but once Becca started school problems began, first people picked on her and she never told us which made us feel terrible, then Hayley and Becca would openly fight until blood was shed and in the last few weeks things reached a new high when we discovered that after five years Taylor was finally pregnant and we had just finalised the paperwork for our third child, this time a teenager Ethan who had just turned thirteen and was mad on sports and other boy things like camping. Taylor had just gone to get the last of the things for Ethan's room before he arrives tomorrow.

Lying my head back down on the table I close my eyes until the sound of keys jingling in the lock at the front door make me sit up. I sprint towards the front foyer of the house expecting Taylor to walk in but instead Niall walks in. "Harry..." he states pulling me into a 'bro hug' before the girls come running downstairs yelling "Yay Uncle Niall..." Niall looks at me sympathetically before turning to expect the girls leaping into his arms. I watch from the stairs as the girls tell him what they have been up to. It seems funny to me to see Niall and my daughters talking like school girls but Niall doesn't care. He makes it a point to come by at least twice a week plus to dinner on a Friday night during American Football season where I cheer for the Packers. "You good here?" I question Niall as I hear the backdoor in the kitchen open and the sound of grocery bags. He nods and I move towards the kitchen once more. Walking in I see Taylor with a can of peaches in her hand reaching up to put it away. Rushing to her side at once I tap her butt as she turns with a sheepish look on her face. "Baby, you know you can't and aren't meant to be stretching like that..." I scold her like I scold the girls. She looks down. "I know Harry, but I've always done it." I move behind her and take the can, stretching up to put it away where it goes. "I know baby." I sigh coming back down and hugging her from behind as I talk again. "But you are with precious cargo now. Have to take care of it..." I say with a romantic twist as I twirl her to face me as I kiss her lips before moving down and lifting her shirt to place a kiss on her stomach. Glancing up at her I smile. "I love you Harry." She sighs as I say. "I love you more." She laughs knowing this game could go on forever. I smirk and walk away from her stopping to ask about Ethan's stuff. "Oh it's upstairs, can you put it together?" she questions. I groan but stop when she glares at me. "O-of course I can. I live to do stuff for you baby..." she looks at me. "Yeah right, get lost Harry." I laugh and leave to go upstairs, not even batting an eyelid when I pass Becca and Hayley having a tea party with Niall who is willingly wearing fairy wings and a crown.

Taylor's P.O.V

The sun streams in the kitchen window as I glance outside and see a familiar sight I never thought I would see. My children running around, playing in the sunshine that Nashville offers them. With me now being six months pregnant Harry and I decided to bring all the kids to Nashville to see my parents one last time before I have to stop flying. I feel my mom's presence behind me as I peel potatoes for dinner. "Taylor..." mom calls from behind me, I smile knowing I was right about her being there. Turning I see her holding a large box. "Oh my god mom, what is that?" She smiles and sets it down on the bench near me. I wander over as she beckons me and lift the lid. A smile crosses my face as pictures of Austin and I as kids' surface. Picking up a few mom and I begin to exchange stories, well hers are stories and mine a memories. We flick though until we spot a few from earlier in my career with fans. One sticks out. "Oh Taylor look..." mom states handing it to me as I smile realising when this picture was taken.
