Harry's P.O.V

I've been really busy lately at the studio writing new music for my third album and I haven't been spending much time at home with Taylor recently. We've been settling into married life here in London as she's decided to take time off writing and travelling just to settle down while my career is only just beginning as a solo artist. Taylor and I have been together on and off for the last ten years but we've only recently decided to give it our best shot and try to make a go of a relationship.

We decided to do what any normal couple would do and so we moved in together six months ago. But less than a month ago I was called back to London to work on my new album and Taylor decided to come with me. She hadn't been since she was dating that douche Adam Wiles and so I invited her so she could experience the best parts of living in such a vibrant city. Luckily for me she decided to follow me and we've been living in my home in London, it has a studio in the house so that it if Taylor gets bored then she can do some writing and keep busy but so far because I've been away early in the morning it's been difficult to find out what she's been up to. She's also been really tried lately and often already in bed before I get home. Tonight that is changing tonight I will be home early, early enough to make her dinner and early enough for us to stay up later together and spend some time together.

However, that plan changes when I walk into the house and all I can hear are tears. Throwing my things sideways not even caring about breaking my phone or anything glass in the room, as I rush towards the noise I hear a scuffle in the kitchen and as if by instinct I know that Taylor is in there. I quickly kneel on the floor rushing to her aid and she doesn't even speak only buries her head into my chest and continues to sob. I have no idea why she is sobbing I simply hug her and console her like the decent boyfriend that I'm trying to be. I don't want to make a mistake by overstepping my bounds, for all I know it could be that time of the month and I'll stick my foot in it like I did with my sister Gemma years ago. I made the mistake of asking if she had sat on a pile of tomatoes and they had stained her pants as a red mark was on them. She went off her face and stormed out of the room her, mum and I were in and poor mum was left explaining to a thirteen year old that sometimes things happen to a women's body that men don't understand and that I am one of those men who don't understand. So I learnt from my mistake and I've never asked again. I only go out and buy Taylor tampons, chocolate and refill her hot water bottle when required.

Taylor cries for about ten minutes until I manage to make her stop, when she does she is sitting on my lap and as I wipe the tears from her face she turns and looks at me. "Are you okay Tay, what's the matter?" Taylor says nothing a tears continue to stream down her face at me.
"Nothing's the matter Harry, nothing at all. Well not from my point of view but I guess it depends on what you think." I look at her confused as she crawls back over to where she had been sitting when I ran into her. On the floor near a cupboard is a white pen like device but I know from far too many movies that this is not the case and my eyes open wide and a smile makes its way onto my face as Taylor then crawls back to me. "Is that?" I question as she smiles at me with tears in her eyes,  "Yeah, a pregnancy test Haz," I look at her in awe as she hands it to me.  "Are we? I mean are...are you, wow are you pregnant?" I question Taylor as she breaks into the biggest grin ever. "I am, pregnant I mean. I'm pregnant Harry." My heart bursts with pride as I look at the small white stick and see that red plus signal that tells me that I'm going to be a father. I look up at Taylor and with true meaning I say, "I'm going to be the best father in the world." Taylor lies her hand on my face as she says, "I know you are."

Hours later we are dancing around the kitchen listening to some rock song on the radio but we're dancing like it's the last love song we're ever going to hear. As the song comes to a close and I pull Taylor close I say, "you know what happens now right?" She looks confused but then I lace my hands around her waist closing in on her womb and our little peanut growing safely and I whisper. "We're going to get married." Taylor only smiles as she nods her head.
"I'd love to, if that was a proposal I mean." I smile at her,
"Of course it was. I can't wait for you to finally be mine. I love you." I tell her my heart full of pride and joy. "I love you too Harry."
