Chapter 2: Familiar sight

"Zzz..Zzz" , *Krrriiiiing!!* ,The alarm clock fell down causing it to wake the sleeping boy up, "nghh!" ,Andy then slightly opened his eyes and look at his window when rays of sunlight started to shine on his face.

"Morning....Fall."

After taking a shower,putting on his clothes,combing his hair and so on, Andy didn't knew what happened to him but he realised that he was actually happy for the first time going to school since starting high school.

It's not that he was unhappy when he started high school,It's just that nothing really made him excited anymore and that's because he ended his childhood earlier than other kids. Since then,Andy's personalisation changed as he always put an either serious or straight face to anyone. Almost like an empty body without a soul.

Andy walked on the side walk of the road as he was surrounded by the busy atmosphere of cars that horned through the endless traffic while the birds flew by the aeroplane across the sky.

After he arrived at the train station, the boy finally had time to put on his favourite bluish coloured earpiece so that he could avoid human contact which he always did. "Where di--" ,his phone fell from his bag that caused him to sigh loudly.

When Andy bent his knees to reach out for the device,he saw someone across the railroad that made him curious to look. The person had a school skirt on so it was basically a girl but what made him attracted was the person's hair who had the same colour as the one he saw across his window.

Andy then tried to look over the person's face but suddenly a train came by, the curious boy waited until the train stopped. Without further hesitation, Andy got into the train and tried to look at the other side of the train through the window but unfortunately,the mysterious girl was nowhere to be found, "what the..." ,he muttered with an upset feeling.

Andy sat down besides a man who was lamently reading a newspaper but the boy couldn't care any less. He looked down and started to think about the unknown person and why did everything had to block his sight from looking at the mysterious girl.

His thought suddenly stopped when he felt the train stopping and finally arrived at the destination. He looked up his watch and realised that he was already late for the opening ceremony, "shiz..." ,without wasting anytime, Andy rushed to school as fast as he could to avoid any trouble on the first day.

"Fuahh! Huhh..." ,he halted before the last three step before reaching the school hall.

"Umm.."

"Huh! Σ( ° △ °|||)︴" , Andy turned to the voice and watch from the bottom. He saw the same school shoes,knee-socks and the school skirt he saw from the station.

"Isn't that..." ,The late boy rose his chin expecting to see the mysterious girl. When his eyes reached the girl's face, "your..." ,Eyes widened, "not her."

"Huh? Not who?" ,She looked at him feeling confused. Andy went upset instead and sighed, "what do you want Belle?"

"Hehh...let's skip the morning ceremony. It's boring just listening to that bald old Vice Principal's 'speeches' " ,Belle invited him.

"Not again,you remember what happened last year?! We got caught skipping class and I was the one to blame" ,Andy rejected. "Having a girl as a friend. Ughh" ,he stared at the girl's purplish hair that was clipped and rested against her right shoulder, which suits her spontaneously with their new highschool senior uniform.

"What does that mean?!" Belle pouted with teary eyes.

"Ehh..bu..umm...I'm sorry I didn-"

"Im kidding, Buahahahahaha. Cough cough" ,The irresponsible girl laughed while Andy felt rather more irritated.
"Ugh...anyway,what'd you do during the holidays? Haven't heard from you since then."

The girl giggled. "Hehh,is it me or did you...missed me?" She joked.

"yea" ,the boy said with a straight face.

"Owh..." Belle's face became tinted red and looked away, "was he flirting? No way that girrafe could flirt, why am I blushing then?!" ,she thought to herself. "You okay? Belle.." Andy quirked his left brow wondering.

"AH?! Well would you look at the time..hahaha I gotta go now,Bye!" ,with that the girl rushed the other way of the hallway.

"Wha..." Andy wasn't sure if he said anything that made her uncomfortable. Although Belle and Andy only have known each other for atleast three years, but the bond that they made was more likely to be how childhood friends are but didn't occur to both of them.

Despite Andy's careless personality, Belle was more of the stubborn and cheerful type,also childish eventhough she's just two weeks older than the blue haired guy while eventhough Andy's still taller. Belle got a beautiful face,slim body and also comes from a wealthy family with models, but she intended to be the 'other' person of the family.

While The boy was already tired of living although he haven't even touch the age of 20 yet, the way he wanted to live was just by playing along with what he encountered everyday.

Andy and Belle met each other when they had to participate in a science convention nonetheless. Andy met her specifically by untying her from a rocket project to see if she could also fly with it.

"Well, I guess I gotta join the others."

With those words,Andy opened the School Hall door to join the opening ceremony
