Relationships are held together by trust
Even though it's what tears it apart
I gave you my trust, and you gave me yours
Although it was never really mine to hold
Your voice was pure, your words I trusted
The lies hiding behind your innocent eyes
I believed that your love was true
Like a pessimist believing in optimism
You lied and broke me, yet I stayed
Like a ship wreck stuck on your sandy shore
Sinking into my deception, you tricked me
Drowning me in your roaring waves
Until I'm nothing but a broken disaster
Lifeless in the deep, stuck in an eternal sleep
