Remove that torturing mask that is hiding your stunning face.
Stop those fake smiles, pretending you are okay.
Let those salty tears roll down your cheek, splashing onto the floor.
Bring your friends into your guarded kingdoms, trust them, love them.
Love your burns, your cuts, your bruises, your scars, for they are not who you are.
Look in the mirror, scorch the lies it lays upon you!
Step upon the scale, push aside those thoughts rushing though your mind, destroy them.
Parish those deafening voices in your mind, screaming that you are worthless! You aren't.
Remind yourself, it's okay not to be okay my love.
Rolls up your sleeves, wear those shorts, wear sandals, feel beautiful.Stop hiding yourself
And
Start loving yourself.
