Your hands start to tremble as your heart beat quickens.
You lose your breath, pain erupts in your chest.
Panic engulfs you like drowning in the ocean, slowly then all at once.
Gasping for air, your lungs refuse to work.
Squeezing your eyes shut and covering your ears as if that will block out the screaming voices in your mind.
You can't control your own body.
It has a mind of its own.
Falling to the floor, clutching your chest, dry sobs escaping your chapped lips.
You lose all thought.
Just numb as the twin siblings pain and panic take over you.
Giggling softly in your ears.
Kissing at your neck.
Holding your arms close and dear.
Gazing upon you as you quake in fear.
Nothing can stop the pain.
Nothing can stop the thoughts.
