In remembrance of those who have served.
Hand over heart
Standing tall.
Eyes locked on the flowing flag.
13 stripes for the 13 original colonies.
For how America once was.
50 stripes for the 50 states united
For how America is now.In remembrance of those who have gave their life for us.
The wounds deeply scar
Whether you can see them or not.
The images go through your mind
All you have seen.
The blood shed
The painful screams
The tears flowing.
The bodies buried.
The broken families.
You forever have my respect, you forever inspire me.
The strength and courage you hold.
Whether you are alive
Or deceasedIn remembrance for those who will take the honor of protecting us.
Remember what you are fighting for.
Stand tall and proud
Fight with all you have got.
You will be loved
You will be respected
You will be honored I
You will be remembered. In remembrance of all the military.
I thank you.----------------------------------------------
Xx Today is Veterans Day and I just wanted to somehow show my way of remembering and honoring. For all those who have family members, loved ones who have served, who is currently, or who is thinking about it, including yourself. I thank you for your service.
