So I started today and no joke I felt like I was dying
This period hit hard
I was in bed feeling like shit
And there they came
It wasn't bad but it still hurt
So I took a hot ass shower.....
it worked but my legs were weak.
I sat down in the tub and it got worse so I just hopped out of the shower
Literally
And laid myself on my bed it was 93 degrees.
It's California. and my room turns into satans cave when it's hot...
And my cramps weren't stopping
BTW this was just 30 minutes. I had cramps for 2 hours!
I couldn't even cry I was numb and in so much pain guys.....
So I yelled for my mom and she couldn't even hear me!
I called her like 5 times but luckily my sister heard meh
And by the time she got to my room with the heating pad and pills.....
The Cramps Were gone .

I'm still recovering but you know how something scary happens and you're just replaying what happened over and over?

Like this one time my dog and I were having a race in the pool n I was like 6 so I was using a donut floaty
And I was in front of my dog and all of a sudden
I flipped over into the deep end of the pool and I almost sank to the bottom but my dad caught me
