Chapter Six • Back in Time

•Lucy's P.O.V•
Maybe I wouldn't be so useless after all! "Wait guys! She apparently claimed to know Aquarius... maybe we can ask her some questions!" Everyone nodded in agreement about my idea. Yes!

"Okay!" I ran into the bathroom and put her in toilet water. "OPEN THE GATE OF THE WATER BARRIER, AQUARIUS!" I turned the key to the side and Aquarius appeared.

"What did I tell you about summoning me in puddles and toilets?!" She growled. I bowed before her. "S-sorry mam." I sighed and looked up at her. "I have a question," I stated. She titled her head. "W-well. Were you close with anyone before you worked for me?" I asked politely.

"I don't work for you. But yes I was. Why's it important to you?" All of us were in the bathroom and we sat down to explain what kind of job we were on.

"I don't recall the girl I knew having any type of magic. She was the queen of Waterfurg. Her names Cordelia. But I think she got....oh yeah. She's the girl." Aquarius sighed. I didn't know she had friends! This is exciting. But we must find her. Maybe her and Aquarius can talk once more.

After we finished talking Aquarius left and we left the bathroom to sleep.

•Cordelia's P.O.V•
I need to go back to sleep. I'll go into the water woods. I swam into one of the trees and fell asleep.

"Aquarius!" I ran to her hugging her

"Cordelia! We should go out shopping!" She danced around and hugged me back.

"Yes!" I smiled and we went off to the mall

"NO AQUARIUS NO! TAKE ME INSTEAD!" I cried. Aquarius was tied up and thrown into a bag. THIS IS CRUEL.

"It's fine, we'll meet again Cordelia.." She trailed off. Her smile. It was sincere. Not like before. How didn't I see she was unhappy?

I screamed and cried for days on end. How was I so stupid?! She was unhappy and I missed that, I took her smiles, and voice to be truly happy but it was an act!

"NOOO!" I screamed. I didn't realize it was daytime. Hopefully no one heard me. I got up and swam around. I need to find food.

•Normal P.O.V•
Cordelia went into town with a hood hiding her face. Meanwhile Natsu and the others were as well looking for food.

"We should go to some coffee shop or something." Juvia suggested clinging on to Gray. Everyone else agreed and walked into the nearest coffee shop.

Soon afterward a woman in a black cloak walked in.

"That person is very suspicious..." Erza looked at the person in the cloak. "It has...two feet..?" She questioned. Lucy shot up. "ITS HER!" She shouted running up to her.

"Excuse me miss..." Before Lucy could finish the woman ran off. "NO!" Erza blocked the exit, she backed away from Erza and panicked.

Gray walked up to the woman and took her hood off revealing her face. "Don't try to run now." Gray said smoothly grabbing her hand.

"HANDS OFF!" Juvia shouted breaking the grip. "I shall escort her to our booth." She grabbed the woman's hand and sat her next to Natsu. "Who are you?" Natsu asked invading her space.

"Like I'm telling you!" The woman snapped. Facing the other way.

"Natsu, don't be rude!" Lucy scolded. The woman's eyes widened. "N-Natsu?" She repeated. Natsu tilted his head. "Hmm?"

The woman started to sob bowing her head. "I'm sorry...for being rude. I've always dreamed of the day I'd meet you." She trailed off wiping her tears. Everyone sat down in their seats.

"What could you possibly want with an air head like Natsu?" Gray scoffed. Natsu growled at him.

"Y-you see, my mother and his father were friends. My mother told me I'd meet him one day." Everyone's eyes widened. Natsu gasped. "Not possible," Erza replied. "Natsu's father-" The woman cut her off. "A dragon named Igneel? I'm aware. My mother was a dragon too." Everyone gasped. Natsu laughed.

"No way! What kinda dragon slayer are you?" Natsu smiled. She calmed down a little by his warmth. "A-a sea dragon slayer." She smiled faintly.

"I see, what are your connections with Aquarius?" Erza chimed in. The woman frowned. "She was my best friend..."

Who knew someone like her would be connected to Natsu, and Aquarius..

"Do you mind telling us?" Juvia asked politely, the woman shook her head taking her cloak off.  "I don't mind at all." She smiled faintly.

There you have it! She met Natsu!! YAYYYY I'm so happy for Cordelia! ^-^ Lets see what happens next 😉
