Old friends

Asher

We get back to the apartment and i invite carter in to meet Cat. She was watching TV, like always, when we walked in. She looked at is and raised her eyebrows in surprise. "Jeez Kye we've only been here a day and you already got a guy" she asks and laughs. An i shake my and slightly laugh. Carter smiles and i looks at me. "Shes kidding" i say to carter. "Im Cat" she says to him. "Im carter, its nice to meet you, you know you two look a lot alike. Kye told me you were sister but..." He says. "Yea were twins!" Cat says and laughs. "That makes a lot more sense." He says an we all laugh. "He actually live right across the hall with his friend...asher?" I say asking carter the last part. We talk for a little while longer but then carter decided to it was getting late. We stood up and i walked him to the door. "We should hang out again sometime!" He says. "Yea, we should! Maybe tomorrow when ash comes back we could all hang out, watch a movie or something" i say and he smiles. "Sounds great, ill bring him over tomorrow so you guys can meet him. He is awesome, i think you'd like him. He just like Cat" he says and laughs. He leaves and Cat and i watch TV until it gets late an we go to bed. I couldn't sleep so i sat up in my bed for a while. I look at the picture of me and my old friend sitting on the desk. I smile and close my eyes. I wish i could remember him, he was pretty cool. He moved when we were about 7 or 8. Before he moved we got into a small fight, nothing big. I mean we were just kids so it couldn't have been THAT serious. We hated each other after we got into a fight but then he moved and i never got to forgive him and if he remembers me, he probably thinks i still hate him. I cant even remember what we were fighting about. It was stupid.

The next day i woke at around 9:00am and went to wake up cat. She wasn't in her bed so i went to the loving room and found a note. "Went grocery shopping, be back in an few hour or so. -cat" i shrugged my shoulders and decided to take a quick shower. Once i got out, i got dressed and put on a little makeup. I don't like a lot. I finished just in time too because i heard a knock at the door. I open it and it was carter and who i assumed was asher. "Hey Kye, this is my friend asher." Carter says and i say hi. He was pretty cute also.(picture on last chapter, the one on the left).He had brown flippy hair, kinda like carter but a little longer. He also had dark brown eyes and a lip ring just like mine. he says hi and i invite them in. We sit down and talk for a while. Asher was really nice and he actually was a lot like Cat. I was in the middle if a sentence when cat walks in with a ton of bags of food in her hands. "Oh hey ash" she says and walks to the kitchen. She suddenly stops dead in her tracks and turns around. Her eyes wide. She drop everything an runs into ash's arms. He had the most puzzled look on his face. "Ash its me, Cat! We were best friends when we were like 10!" She says an hugs him again. He suddenly smiles an hugs her back. "OH MY GOD, CAT!!" He basically yells and hugs her really tight. I was so confused so i spoke up. "Umm how do you know asher?" I ask Cat. "Don't you remember? He was the kid with the braces that came over everyday as i hung out with while you hung out with that that one kid!" She says with a big smile. "Ohh yea, i remember you!! Holy sh*t, what are the odds of you being here" i say to them. Carter was still confused so we had to explain everything to him, which took FOREVER.
