Hit by a truck

The next morning i woke up in the living room with carter by my side and cat and Asher were gone. I get up and go into Cats room and see them sleeping. I go back into the living room. Carter had woken up and was watching tv. I go behind the couch and wrap my arms around him. He looks at me, smiles, and kisses me on the cheek. I let go and we watch TV for a while until Cat an Asher wake up. We were still watching TV when Cat stomach made a REALLY loud noise. "Holy sh*t Cat. Are you hungry or constipated" i say and we laugh. "No I'm starving, you wanna go to yogis and grab a bite to eat" she ask an we all leave. Yogis was just across the street so we walked. Carter and i were ahead of asher and cat when ash drop his phone. He stop to get it and Cat continues walking. Suddenly a huge pick up truck comes speeding around the corner ad hits cat. We all rush to her to make she she is ok. The paramedics come and take her to the hospital since she wasn't moving. I started to cry seeing my sister get lifted into the ambulance. I was the only one who could get in the ambulance since i was family but cater and asher had to meet us there. I was so worried, my heart pounding. I don't know what i would do if she didn't make it. One we got to the hospital Carter, Asher, and i waited in the waiting room for about 2 hours when a nurse came out and called cats name. We all stood up an she told us the news. "I don't know how to says this but...Cat is very badly injured and we don't think she will make it. We are gonna keep her here for observation but she might not pull through in time. She needs serious surgery its a very complicated procedure we are very sorry" she says and walks back into a room. I start to cry an Carter comforts me. I could tell asher was absolutely crushed and he was his hardest to keep his tears in. I placed a hand on his and gave him a 'its ok to cry' look and a tear fell down his cheek.
