Chapter nine :
I finished putting the last glass jar away and smiled to myself.
I'd put away any breakable glass , stocked paper plates , alcohol and cups , locked the parents bedroom door , along with mine, and hid anything of value. I'd thrown way too many parties to not hide that stuff.
Only me and Laurel had keys to the doors , and she wouldn't be drinking anyway.
The word had gotten out pretty quickly that I was throwing a party. The door was slightly ajar , and the first group of about 10 people came in. I slid down the light dimmers , started the music and got myself a drink.
Within the next half hour at least 100 people had to be inside. It was going pretty great.
I couldn't find Alec anywhere though. What the hell? He better not ditch or ill murder him.
I was onto my fourth shot of god knows what paired with Sara , the girl from Ryder and Alec's first fight , Lindsay , a petite blonde girl that chugged like a champ and Noah , a brown haired boy that matched me for shots.
I downed my fifth , swearing loudly at the burn and moved onto my sixth.
Lindsay dropped out , looking like she was ready to barf. So help me , if she pukes on me I'm tossing her little body out a fucking window.
I chugged my sixth , me and Noah slamming down our glasses at the same time.
Sara was starting to look a little sick too.
We moved onto our seventh , and halfway through Sara bolted. I finished , gasping like a fish of water. My throat was on fire but it was nice. I was still clearheaded enough.
Me and Noah kept at it until the tenth round , then he hit the sink barfing.
In order to win I chugged an eleventh and the small crowd cheered.
See? I ain't no light weight bitch.
I can drink with the best of them. I was feeling a little tipsy now though.
I stood up , and gave a slow bow , careful not to fall flat on my face. Someone bumped into my back and I stumbled before I set of lean arms looped around my waist , holding me up.
I turned and smiled when I saw his face.
"Alec! You came!" I yelled happily , throwing my arms around his neck.
He leaned forward , pressing his lips forcefully against mine. His hands moved down, supporting my body while I wrapped my legs around his face.
His tongue slid into my mouth and I let him, grinding my hips against his. He let out a low growl and I smirked.
He pulled away , looking at my face , his perfect face searching mine while his green eyes sparkled. I've never seen anything like his. No matter how hard I looked I could never find any other color flecks. Just pure green.
I smiled when his shaggy black hair fell across his forehead , accenting his pale skin that had a slight tan, enough to work perfectly with the rest of his face.
I really loved this boy.
I tugged at the bottom of his shirt with one hand and he smirked at me.
"Kitten , your so impatient."
"Kitten?" I echoed.
"Kitten. You're harmless. And cute." He confirmed , his lips moving down my neck making me shiver.
"That's not fair knock out." I breathed , my legs tightening around his waist.
"Neither is you taunting me in that dress." He growled , nibbling on my collarbone.
