Chapter Ten:
It was going to be a long night.
Alec was in his room, and I was in the kitchen. My drunken buzz had worn off and I popped back two Tylenols to deal with the headache in the morning.
I searched the kitchen , impressed. State of the art appliances , clean , stocked full of food.
I made two bacon sandwiches , smiling at my work. It had taken a bit to get used to the large appliances but I was good now. I leaned over the counter , grabbing some of the salt.
"That's the sight I want to wake up to every morning."
Alec's smooth voice made me grin and I grabbed the salt , setting my feet back down on the ground.
I twisted and Alec's arms encircled my waist, yanking me against him in a smooth move.
He pressed his lips against mine and we moved in sync.
He lifted me up , setting me on the counter. My legs wrapped around his waist , pulling him closer.
I wrapped my arms around his neck , twisting my fingers in his messy black hair.
His tongue found its way into my mouth and caressed mine , dragging a moan out of my throat.
He took his lips away from mine and his mouth slid down to my neck, causing me to shiver.
"The sandwiches are getting cold." I breathed , voice husky.
Alec moved from my neck and placed a light kiss on my lips , only causing my desire to come roaring back.
He picked up his sandwich and turned before I smirked. I grabbed my plate and slid down , onto his back.
He grunted when I landed on him but didn't complain. I wasnt that heavy.
I felt the muscles in his back and looped my arms over his shoulders , loving it.
"You know , I'm usually being straddled in a different way." Alec muttered , as we , well he , entered another room.
I slapped the back of his head, causing him to almost drop me.
"You find a way to bring something dirty into everything don't you?" I asked , sarcasm coating my tone.
Alec stopped , twisting his head back to look at me. He gave me an incredulous look and I giggled. His green gaze smouldered into mine, and I had a sudden urge to christen the house.
"Coming from the girl who has slept with more guys than she can remember , and is currently straddling me from behind in a dress that could pass as a large tank top." He replied , continuing to walk.
I huffed in defeat and leaned against him, loving the way his body moved. I should've done this a while ago.
He set me down on a couch and for the first time I inspected the room. It was a deep burgundy , and had a large tv against a wall with two couches and a few chairs also in the room. There was both a popcorn , slushies and cotton candy machine against one wall. Apparently Alec had a sweet tooth.
As if in tune with my thoughts he got up , grabbed two bags of popcorn , and two slushies , mine blue his red.
He walked over and held the slushies out , staring at me.
I gave an excited squeal and took it , taking a big gulp. I must have finished half of the slushie before I looked up again, only to see Alec chuckling as he stared down at me.
"What?" I asked possessively , clutching my slushie.
"Laurel told me you liked those but she didn't say you would devour them liked a starved cave man."
