*BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP*

'You have got to be kidding me' I think to myself as I roll over and throw yet another alarm clock at the wall. Who the hell replaced that? I narrow my eyes at the debri on the floor and roll right back over to go back to sleep. Or so I thought.

"Hey dad said get up before he comes in here and pours a bucket of ice water on you," Aiden says to me.

I just grunt at my brother. 'He would never' I think to myself.

"I'd do what he says I was just watching him filling the bucket," Aiden spoke. It is as if he read my mind. "By the way he's not happy you broke yet another alarm clock."

"Ughhhh! Fine I'm up!," I tell my brother as I sit up and swing my legs out the bed. I can't wait until school is over and we graduate. Summer break is just what I need. "Only one more week," I mumble to myself as I walk to my closet to pick out my outfit. I keep it simple with my NY sweater from when we visited my aunt, jeans, circle scarf, and flats. I send a picture to my best friend Zari to let her know what I am wearing and she replies with a picture of her outfit. It's something we've been doing for awhile I can't even remember why we started to do it.

I walk into to my bathroom and turn on my shower. I brush my teeth while I wait for the water to warm up. When I am satisfied it is warm enough I get undressed and step inside. I wash my hair before washing my body, it takes me about 20 minutes in the shower. I walk in my room to get dressed and afterwards I blow dry my hair so I won't have to go to school with it wet and do my make up. I keep it pretty simple and natural today. I don't know why they make a big deal about me waking up it only takes me 45 minutes max to get ready.

When I finish everything I go downstairs to eat breakfast.

"Hey mom, what'd you make me?," I ask her and give her a good morning kiss on her cheek.

"Absolutely nothing," she replies back. "What do you think this is IHOP?"

"Ha! Mom very funny," I stick my tongue out at her. She never makes me breakfast. Even as a kid I practically had to beg her for a warm meal every once in awhile. A girl gets tired of cereal all the time. But I still love her she's the best mom anyone could ask for. Even though Aiden and I are twins he takes more after our dad while I take after our mom.

I decide to text Zari and see if she wants to grab something real fast before school.

'Hey girl! You ready?'

'Yup! Why?'

'Ma neglected me once again! :( Bfast?'

'Sure! Walking over right now!'

'Tell ma to be nicer to me when you get here!'

'LOL sure thing!'

Zarielle only lives like 5 minutes from us because the pack is required to live within the confines of the land. Some families share a house while some have their own. Nothing big or flashy just something comfortable. Can't say the same for the Alpha his hou.... no his mansion is big and flashy.

Zari walks in. She never knocks but I guess she doesn't have to she's basically family.

"Hey mom!," she says and gives her a hug. "No breakfast?," she pouts at my mom.

My mom just raises her eyebrows as if to say 'don't you have a family?.'

"Told you," I say to Zari. "She neglects me."

"Yeah I'll show you neglect," she jokes making us laugh.

"Aiden let's go!," I yell to him. "We want to stop for breakfast and you're gonna make us late!" I don't understand how he's still getting ready he was up before me.

I poke my head into my dad's office.

"Bye dad, sorry about the alarm clock but you should really stop replacing them," I smile at him.

"Yeah I really should but then you would never get to school," he says.

"Hey that's fine with me!," I tell him while laughing.

"I'm sure it is," he laughs. "Have fun at school, love you."

"Love you too dad."

I walk back to where Zari is waiting and Aiden still isn't here. I really need to convince them to get me my own car. "Aiden we're leaving you!," I yell to him. We start to walk out the door and I hear him thundering down the stairs.

"I'm ready geez!," he says.

"You're such a female you take longer than me!"

He just pushes me and mumbles 'whatever.' Aiden yells bye to our parents and we're finally able to leave the house. We stop by Einstein bagels and head off to school.
