Journal entry #12
Life has changed so much these past few months. Upside down if I might add. I went from a sad, lonely freak of a teenager to a normal, ideal, teenager... With a scar on his forehead.

Before life didn't hand me lemons, it handed me poison. But I took that poison and discarded it, and I still made lemonade. In other words I kept on going. I kept moving on, because I knew that things were always going to turn out okay even if my heart didn't agree.

This might be the chapter of my life where everything gets better, or even perfect. School is ending in a few months. That means all those demons will disappear from my life. And I can finally live in peace.

Soon my phone started buzzing. It was filling with notifications from, Jeremy?
JeremyMichael22: Mitch! I handed your book to Mr. Clark because I wanted you to talk things out with him.
Mxtchie: yeah I talked things out. With my mom!
JeremyMichael22: after reading the present day journal and hearing your life story, I realized that I had done some nasty shit to you.
Mitchie: I'm glad you've come to that conclusion. Now what do you want?
JeremyMichael22: aah so you do know I was just tricking you!
Mxtchie: Jeremy I'm not an idiot.
JeremyMichael22: whatever. Just meet me after school tomorrow for a little talk. And don't bring your stupid friends.
Mxtchie: and what if I don't show up?
JeremyMichael22: than I'll move onto Kirstie.
Mitchie: I'll be there.
~Mxtchie left the chat~
I sat down and sighed. I need a plan. This guy needs to leave me alone. He also needs to know that I know all of his tricks now. I've had 'little talks' with him before and every time its been the same thing. He brings his dumb friends mad I get beaten up. But what if he has something else planned. Like what if he brings a knife. What if he kills me?

"Mitch are you okay?" Kirstie asked quickly running to my side. I nodded. No I'm not. But I love you too much to put you through this.

"Kirstie I need your help. Your little ex boyfriend is planning on beating me up tomorrow after school and I need you to assemble the gang." Kirstie nodded her head and started making phone calls. She knows the procedure. She and the gang hide somewhere until I press a button that cues them in. We've never gotten a chance to use that procedure but we've been working on it. I swear my friends are always there on the look out for me. And I know we're prepared for any fight coming our way. Even if it doesn't involve my life. Soon Esther, Kevin, Scott, Avi, Alex, Jake, and Ben showed up with all of our gear.

"Seriously Kirstie?" I said, "what are we? The avengers?" Everyone laughed and we not everything ready. Kevin, being the nerdiest out of all of the popular kids, got our plan more organized. He than handed me the button.

"Press it when their about to throw down. If they do hurt you, I've got a big first aid kit in my car." I chuckled. Kevin looked at me. "What?" He asked confused. I shook my head.

"It's just, you have everything." Kevin nodded his head, obviously proud of himself, and continued getting everything together.

"Okay troop!" Kirstie started, "we're ready! Now be prepared for tomorrow. Jeremy can still strike at any time. Bring some pepper spray along with you so you can spray him in the eyes." We all showed our pepper sprays. Even I had one. We're ready I know we are. Once everyone was gone, including Kirstie. I went into my room and relaxed. It funny how everything can flip upside down just like that. Tomorrows going to be crazy.

*next morning*
I lug my school bag towards the entrance, waiting to be pushed or tripped. And of course who's standing there? Jeremy Lewis. I walk past him silently as he mocks me and tears me apart. Honestly I was zoned out, and I had pepper spray so I could shut him and his whole group up in seconds. But violence is not the answer... At school. After school violence is the only answer.

All of my classes seemed to drag on... Except my last class. It went by like lightning speed. I got up and dragged myself to my groups secret spot.

"Okay," Kirstie whispered once everyone was geared up, "just follow the procedure and everything should go okay!" Everyone nodded and put their hands in. We than got in positions. Jeremy and his gang walked up to me and Jeremy laughed dryly.

"Well you showed up nerd." I nodded my head.

"Yes I did. Now just throw me down already and let's get this over with." Jeremy looked at me evilly. He snickered.

"I'm not here to throw down idiot. I actually came to talk to you this time." I should press the button. But I don't.

"Say it." I said, "threaten me, say whatever you want. I'm damaged enough to the point where I don't care. So say it Jeremy. Just. Say. It. Or even better, why don't you just punch me and kill me? I'm sure you'd love to see me dead on the ground right now." Jeremy looked at me flabbergasted. His group ran away scared at what would happen next. "Wussys." I mumbled still glaring furiously at Jeremy.
