Chapter Twenty Five

*May 13th, 2017*

Harry and I had put the twins down for the night around 8pm. I got a call around 11:30.

"U-Uh, Brooke, L-Lexi's water just b-broke. Meet us at the h-hospital." Louis stuttered and I heard a car door slam, shortly followed by another. Lexi was absolutely huge for just having one baby so I assumed he had carried her.

"Text me the room number. I'll get us ready as soon as possible." I said and hung up.

"I'll go get the twins ready to go. Lexi's water just broke." I told him and he shook his head.

"I've got em. You go start the car and I'll get them ready. Oh and grab the diaper bag too, if you could." He asked and I pecked his lips.

"You, go do the car. I'll get them. And we're wasting time." I laughed and he reluctantly agreed. I grabbed their seats and gently put them in them. I went to look for my jacket but decided I didn't have time. I ran and grabbed my keys, walked out, locked the door behind me, and put the twins in the car before getting in myself. I noticed how cold I was and started shaking a bit. Harry handed me my jacket and we headed to the hospital. I pecked his cheek and I grabbed Kaitlyn as he grabbed Kaleb. We walked in with the kids and had the twins taken from us by Lily and Liam and were pushed into the room.

"She's pushing." Louis whispered as he came over to us.

"Waist up." He told Harry sternly.

"Lou, I'd recommend having a chair behind you, mate. I almost passed out." Harry warned and he nodded. Louis did so and helped Lexi as their child was born.

"Hold on, there's another baby. It must have been right behind the other. Congrats, it's twins." The doctor smiled and Louis had to sit down; he looked like he was actually going to pass out. We walked over to him and fanned his face until he sat up again and helped Lexi.

"Your baby girl was first, and this baby is a... boy!" The doctor said and Lexi's face lit up.

"George William, and Gwendolyn Anne." They said. (A/N I adore these names so they'll probs come up again in future storiessss)

"We had a name for each so it's just both." Lexi laughed and looked exhausted.

"Let's go. You look exhausted, Lex. Congrats on your twins." I smiled as Louis and Harry hugged.

"I'm so happy. You go take care of yours. Love you, Brooke." She whispered as I hugged her.

"Love you too, Lex." I whispered as I went to hug Louis.

"Congrats." I smiled and he hugged me.

"Thanks, Brooke. And they were technically born on Mother's Day, 12:01 and 12:14." He laughed.

"That's awesome. Bye, Lou." I laughed and grabbed Harry's hand.

"Technically, it's my first Mother's Day." I told him in the car and he nodded.

"I know. I have something planned for later." He smiled.

"Oh gosh." I groaned as we got out. We put the twins to bed again and laid down ourselves.

"I'm so tired." I yawned as I cuddled into him.

"What time did you wake up?" He asked.

"Kaleb woke me up at 5am." I said quietly.
