Chapter Twenty Seven

"You're so good with them." He whispered in my ear.

"Not really." I shrugged.

"You got our son to go from bawling to silent in 2 minutes. Over Skype. That's amazing." He told me.

"It's not that great. I'm not that great of a mum." I told him as I went to roll over and crawl under the covers. He pinned me down and wouldn't let me move.

"You are an amazing mother. Don't you ever say you're any different." He said seriously as he looked me in the eyes. I went to kiss him but he pulled back and raised his eyebrows at me.

"Hey, I was going to give in. But I guess not." I shrugged and crossed my arms over my chest. He leaned down to kiss me and I put my hand over his mouth.

"You were the one that denied me one. Don't give me that look." I laughed. He removed his hands from my shoulders for a second and I took the opportunity to run.

"Oh, so it's a game now?" He asked as he held back a laugh.

"Yep." I smiled and bent over to pick up my socks, but also tease him. I heard him running over so I ran back to the bed. He stayed where he was and eyed me from across the room.

"You know, you're not too good at this game." I teased. He ran towards me and tried to pin me on the bed again but failed. But I went over and wrapped my arms around him. His went to my hips and I leaned in really close, so we were almost kissing.

"Babe, I can tease you all night. But if you catch me, we can do whatever you want." I whispered and gave him the lightest kiss ever before running.

"I'm hiding. Let's see if you can find me." I giggled as I hid somewhere.

"Gotcha." I heard in my ear as he wrapped his arms around me from behind. I screamed a little and he laughed.

"And now, you're mine." He whispered and I hugged him.

"I already was yours. I have been for the past 9 and a half years." I told him and he pecked my lips.

"Let's just cuddle tonight." He smiled and I kissed him.

"We need food first. I'll call room service." I grinned. We both got spaghetti and French bread. It was an odd combination but it was so good. Harry put our plates on the table and pulled me in close to him.

"I love you." He said.

"I love you too." I whispered.

"Remember what Lou and Lexi said before we even started dating?" He asked.

"'Don't rush into a relationship. You'll both just end up hurt and it won't work out.'" I quoted.

"And their relationships both failed. Even though they're actually together now, oddly enough. But we've been together for almost 10 years now. It's crazy." He told me and I nodded.

"We showed them, didn't we, baby?" I smiled.

"Yes we did." He smiled. I kissed him and climbed on top of him.

"I'll be on top. I know you like it better." He whispered.

"Nope. We had it my way earlier, this is your way." I whispered and he smiled.
