Payton's Pov

It's been 3 weeks since I last seen Jack or even hear from him , Alex told me about Shannon and I'm happy for Jack even though I love him ... Wait ...love ... I love Jack .... But I just can't tell him straight out he has Shannon and I don't want to ruin his relationship with her she is beautiful and he deserves the best and only the best and if that's who he wants to be with then I'm happy for him .

It was about 2:30 am and I couldn't sleep, Jack and I would always watch Nightmare before Christmas when I couldn't sleep . I got my ugg boots put them on and headed down stairs , staying in that room was not gonna help . I strolled into the kitchen and at the moment my phone got a text what it said was : meet me at the bridge I need to talk to you ~ J , I ran back upstairs and got dressed in sweats and my uggs ,my hair up in a simple ponytail and all my piercings in . I wasn't going on a date so why dress up and I was just about to make my hot cocoa .
Anyway I got my keys ,phone and money just in case there was a taco bell open . I walked out of the house and started to walk to the bridge , it was a place where we'd always be and we always would go there and be ourselves and openly talk to each other . here is the actual place where I realised that I have feelings for Jack and its always the place where I meet him when he wants to talk to me without the guys around. The main thing I love about Jack is he is so caring and that he would kill if anyone hurt me .

I got to the bridge and seen Jack ,I smiled but I held back every tear.
"Hey Payton" ,he smiled and looked down to see my attire , his eyebrow raised as if to ask why "Jack its 3am I'm not going on a date so I don't have to dress up" I giggle , I missed this so much but just as it was going to get good it has to end up horrible as always . We stayed at the bridge for about 45 minutes and then decided to go home , I let him stay the night because it was too cold to let him walk home alone and plus he broke up with Shannon . He was pretty hurt by it but it was for the best , He kept saying he wasn't right for her and he was a horrible boyfriend . How could he possibly ever be a horrible boyfriend, he's perfect . "who's perfect?" He said and I mumbled cuss words under my breathe , "no one " I said walking on more but he grabbed my waist and pulled me back , I hid my smile and he said "If anyone's perfect its you Pay" I blushed . But what happened next I didn't expect , he leaned in and just as his lips were about to touch mine, the idiot I am I turned so he kissed my cheek " oh ...okay"
"Jack , you and Shannon just broke up .I'm not gonna be a 'play thing' that when they're done they can throw me away, I just can't keep going through this pain"
"What do you mean Pay? "
"I like you Jack , I've liked you for 10 years . You never fucking noticed, its not like its a crush that will go away . First you call me beautiful and perfect , then I have to hear from fucking Alex that your dating Shannon and then you try to kiss me . Jack , go home and don't call me again" that was all I said before breaking out in a sprint and after a few minutes , running into house . I see Alex, Zack and Rian there with concerned eyes , "what happened is everything okay " Ri shook his head and said "Jack told us about Jordan"
My eyes went wide I knew he couldn't keep it a secret . "What exactly about Jordan" tears couldn't stop rolling down my face , it was impossible " about him abusing you , he told me what happened when he checked on you" Ri said with tears in his eyes , Alex and Zack were both crying too .
"Why didn't you tell us, was it because you wanted to deal with it on your own?".
I nodded I couldn't speak , Ri got up ,walked over to me and I just broke down in his arms "I love him" I mumbled "What ? Who? Jordan?"
Alex said ." No I love Jack ,I'm in love with him and I just seriously fucked things up with him " I said .But what once was a dream turned into a nightmare "Hey guys, Pay. This is my girlfriend Shannon" Jack walked through the door with his arm around her , her long black hair ,big blue eyes , and her beautiful smile . No wonder he likes her, I just couldn't deal with this ,so I pulled away from Ri and ran up to my room and locked the door. I got changed and heard a knock on the door "Pay its Alex, please let me in"
I unlocked it and let him in , he seen my pj's and started to strip "Ummm Alex what are you doing , you have Callista "
"I'm sleeping beside you , in case you get worried or scared and have a nightmare" Alex knows everything about me from my self harming to my love of Ramen he knows everything .he was left in his boxers and took my hand we walked over to my bed got under the covers and talked for a good while , I looked at Alex and said "Callista is so lucky to have you " "And im lucky to have you as my best friend " he said "And I know exactly what to do when you can't sleep" after that he started to softly sing Remembering Sunday and when I drifted of to sleep I felt him kiss my head , wrap his arm around me and also fall fast asleep.

The ending of this is just so cute <3 and Callista, is my sister she loves Alex Gaskarth so I had to put her in it
