Chapter 14

'Aaaawwwwoooo Avay ge' (my style of yawning ;-) ). Time to wish me good morning. Don't raise your eyebrow. Even if it is night time, you need to wish me good morning. I am wide awake now.

Yeah, yeah I know. I am very lazy and don't update my stories on time. You all might run to your refrigerator to pick out tomatoes and eggs to throw on me. I am really sorry for not updating since.......hmmmm...........Gosh!!!! I don't even remember the last time I updated this story.

Hope you all missed me. What? You didn't miss me? If it is the case then it should me to throw the tomatoes on you.

Just kidding.

I will never do that to you. You all are my lovely readers and supporters. Thanks a lot guys.

Okay. Back to the story.

I was a pure nerd during my school days. I had no boyfriend until I reached my second year of college. In fact, I was a shy type girl (Note: 'was'. Not any more ;-). ) I use to talk to boys only when they needed my book or help in any subject. If they tried to talk more than that then they would only achieve hum, uh, no... But I was active in all the other activities also. Dance was the main thing for which I was popular. After that was my intelligence. Without both of these qualities, no one would have even known that someone named Nilam studied with them. Whenever I use to perform dance, all use to tease me in the name of boy, who use to be my dance partner. In such situations, what I would do is, avoid going to school and cry. I use to see girls fighting with boys, but I never involved myself into it. I never talked to a boy more than needed, so being into fight with them was far away from my imagination. This was my extent of being nerd, goody-two shoes.

In our school, there was a custom, which I loved. Since teachers were not allowed to beat students, student had no fear of being punished if not studied. So, for this reason they invented this custom to awake the ego of student, which could make them study. The custom was, if any student failed to answer the question, then whoever answers it, gets to slap the student who didn't answer. I wasn't very violent person, but I loved this custom. Once I slapped one boy so hard, that he started crying.

You must be wondering, why am I telling you this all? Well, these are the pieces you will need to join in the later part of the story.

Here is commencing of the story.

My neighbor, Saish came up to me running. I was leisurely sitting on couch, humming the songs.

Saish : N... Ni (he said, panting heavily.)

Me : Hi, wassup? Why are you panting?

Saish : Because I came running.

Me : Why is that?

Saish: There is something I need to tell you.

Me : Really? What is that? (I asked, excitedly.)

Saish : I had gone down, at the playground. They all were there?

Me : Whom do you mean by 'they'?

Saish : Will you let me finish?

Me : Oh, yeah. Sorry.

Saish : They all were there. Chetan, Diptesh, Ajay, Sanil... don't blush.

Me : I am not.

Saish : Yes, you are.

Me : It's natural. He is my crush.

Saish : Silent crush.

I rolled my eyes.

Saish : Stop it now. And Sushant was there. (He continued.)

Me : So?

Saish : When I reached there, they started teasing me with one girl's name.
